Chapter suggestion: Alien

Alien Chapter

Xenomorph:

Basic Attack: Tail Strike. Add-ons would extend the reach of the tail or make the strike faster,

etc.

Special Ability: Wall Hug. Not sure if this would be feasible with the way structures are coded,

but allowing the Xenomorph to climb onto a wall or ceiling and ambush attack would be great.

Egg Pods: A cross between bear traps and reverse bear traps with a gen rush twist. You get a

certain number of pods at start, add-ons could increase the number, and placement is as

normal on the ground. When a survivor is within a certain distance the pod begins to hatch.

After X amount of time (could be sped up with add-ons) the face-hugger bursts out and latches

onto a survivor's face. The twist here is the more survivors within close proximity of an Egg Pod,

the faster the hatching period will be. This would be great for 2 - 3 survivor gen repairs, for

example. Who it attaches to would be randomized if more than one survivor is in the area, with

maybe added chance for the initial survivor to show up.

Face huggers would need to be removed with the help of other survivors. The more that help,

the faster they will be pulled off. If you don't remove it in a certain amount of time, or you try to

exit the game with it on your face, obviously you get a chest-bursting death.

Mori: The Inner Jaw would come into play here, with the Xenomorph grabbing a survivor from

behind and smashing its second set of jaws through the back of their head. Yum!

Perk: Acid for Blood - If stunned by a pallet gain a token, after X number of tokens another stun

will result in the Alien being wounded, acidic blood goes flying and causes a hit on the survivor

who stunned them.

That's the best perk I've come up with that's both useful and unique, so I'll leave it at that.

Chapter survivors... I would love to see Corporal Hicks. Taking perks from movie quotes:

Perk: "Why don't you put HER in charge!?" - When hicks is teamed up with female survivors, he

gains a token for each. Tokens add repair/heal/sabotage speed or skill check help, depending

on add-ons. If one of the women dies, he loses a token, etc.

Perk: "GAME OVER MAN! GAME OVER!" - When the exit gates are activated you get a haste

boost only if you're wounded (because you're a whiny little you know what, Hicks. Maybe you

can get an aura sight on exits with add-ons or additional tiers of this perk.

Perk: Sole Survivor - if you find yourself the only survivor left alive you gain an immunity to Egg

Pods and acid hits from the pallet stuns. Could also maybe be immunity to bear traps to make it

more expansive.

I'll say three things: first I read something about the devs only wanting humanoid killers, but the

Alien is actually a hybrid of human and original Alien DNA, so this fits. He's certainly no more or

less humanoid than Demogorgon. Second: if Mortal Combat X can have Alien, we can too

damnit. I'm a huge horror fan and Aliens is my top movie of all time. Three: I know there's a lot

of Predator fans out there. Every time I mention this to someone in a lobby, they talk about an

Alien v Predator Chapter, but I think Predator is wrong for two basic reasons. First the Alien

movies are all about survival, and sole survival at that. Predator was more expansive, and yeah

it was survival too, but not in the same kind of tension that Alien always was. Also Predator

weaponry would be out of place in DBD, hatchets are one thing, lasers are just too much.

    Overall i like the idea of having xenomorph in the game.

    Tail strike sounds to be OP to me,bcs. it doesnt pays any price of that extended reach and increased speed.

    Also, i dont wanna know how tail strike looks with the Save the Best for the last perk.Just give the alien a normal basic attack.

    Having increased basic attack speed and reach, should be countered with a good amount of negative movement speed.

    Well the egg pods are strong just like in the movies, i like it.

    But to make it balanced, it should be countered by sneaking and cleansing,and it should be very limited like 2 or 3 traps(they do not respawn).

    The eggpods will count as totems,therefore it will take 2 or 3 totems from the area(realm,map,level,stage).Also the alien could only use a maximum of two hex perks.

    So they can only be placed once, and u will have to choice wisely when and where to use them.

    And the face huggers should be removed by special medic tools that spawn in the map,but they wont be highlighted and they will be hidden.

    Lockers could be a good hidding spot.

    So the survivors will have to enter the lockers that have the tools to remove the face huggers.If not inside the lockers, they should have an option to pick them up when they go out.But they will also have to drop the current item they have in that locker.Which they can pick up later.

    Since the eggpods are totems, perks like thrill of the hunt should be more viable.

    The special ability is fine as long its only limited to actual walls, just imagine it walking upside down, like this:

    If the devs decide against the wall climb,they could make Xenomorph dig trough the ground temporarely.

    Perk "Acid of Blood is OP", specially if u get it on other killers, its pretty much a big no NO.

    Perk "why do u put her in charge" should be called "Crush" or "Love".

    Perk Crush would mark one random survivor your crush,which will lose in strength everytime your crush gets hurt.And if your crush dies your lose all the benefits from the perk.You can also regain your crush tokens by healing your crush.

    To balance Perk Crush, limit it to one survivor in the game.

    Perk "GAME OVER... and so on" is OP,so its a BIG no no.

    Changing perk Sole Survivors that way is also a BiG no no.

    Keep in mind, that the devs dont want only humanoid killers, the fact that demogorgon is in the game should be enough as an answer.

    Demogorgon is the only killer in the game without a real name.

    Also, we kinda already have a Predator in game, its the Wraith.

    Wraith has also a skin similar to the Predator, which is the Mangled Wrecker skin.

    Note:

    -Big no no:Its OP,it doesnt makes sense and not balanced at all.

    The style of the game can always be changed a bit.But then again its just a suggestion,the devs dont need to make it excatly the way we said,they could just go ahead and create their own variation of it.

    They said no already. I'm pretty sure Last Year will have xenomorph soon
