Custom Killer, Survivor, and Map (Updated a lot)
Ok so I've posted a previous idea of a killer, survivor, map, and the perks to go along with it, and it wasn't very good at all because it was very rushed and not thought about, but now I've actually thought through it and going to publish this very much updated version of it, the old one is still up to be read.
Killer- The Mascot
Monica Val Williams was a very bright little girl. Her parents used to lavish her with whatever gifts they could, necklaces, rings, toys, animals. Anything to keep her happy. One day Monica sat on their wood stairs and listened to her parents arguing in the kitchen, it was all they seemed to do anymore. On a rainy night after her mother tucked her in, her father stumbled in, drunk. He went over to Monica and started to complain about how much of a mistake she was to the family, how she caused the relationship between him and her mother to break. Over the time she grew up, her father's visits became more aggressive, eventually he started hitting her every night. Every night when he was done she pictured herself beating up her father and sending him to the place he belonged. Her mother was more fearful now since he was more aggressive and didn't dare try to argue back. Monica became very good at hiding things since the start of the abuse. She'd apply foundation over the bruises that were on her face or arms and cover them up. She learned how to fake her smile and hide her pain. So good to the point where she was named the brightest person in school.
One day during her Junior year in Highschool her class took a trip to a local Carnival. When they got there something seemed to reach to Monica. She looked for what touched her interest but her friends called her to the rides. Later, when they went to lunch they walked past a walkway to the back of some of the booths, and something again called for her. She told her friends to go on ahead and went in. When she got back she looked around and to her surprise saw the theme park's mascot dead, the person inside was stabbed and shot to death. Monica just stared at the body, and noticed that nearby was a gun, she figured it was used to kill whoever was in the costume. She walked over and grabbed it and stuck it inside her bag. She walked out of the walkway and didn't tell anyone what she saw.
Over the next years she waited for the time to fight back, the time for her to overcome her father. When it reached her twenty-second birthday she decided it was time. She left college and went home for the weekend. The night she got home she noticed her frail mother and how she still couldn't muster the courage to fight back. She greeted them both and went to bed. Her father came trailing in soon after and started to hit her like he usually did, except this time she fought back. She punched him in the stomach, the blow knocked him back and he went to attack again. She had planned it out so many times that she moved out of the way and kicked him to the floor and reached for her suitcase. She opened it and grabbed the back-alley gun and shot it as her father approached her. She shot him a couple more times after he had already hit the floor. She grabbed the gun and walked to her parent's bedroom. Her mother sat on the bed, shocked and terrified to know what just happened. After realizing what happened her mother showed a face of disgust and fear. Monica was shocked, she expected her mother to be happy she got rid of the abusive man in their lives. Her mother reached for the phone. Monica without hesitation shot her mother four times and then left. She walked for what seemed to her, hours, she got on the bus and went to the Carnival to return the gun. When she arrived she was surprised to find it was abandoned since the body of the mascot was discovered. She hopped the fence and went back to the alley. When she got there the costume layed on the dirt. She had the sudden urge to put it on. After she did a misted fog appeared, a voice told her it was time to go get others like her father. She grabbed the wand to match the outfit and hopped the fence, except when she landed she didn't hit the hill, she hit leaves.
Look- A small hat would sit upon her head which consisted of two ponytails/pigtails, one would be nicer than the other as if she'd done something (she'd have red hair), her body would consist of a black and red laced/ frilled top, with white gloves that reach to the elbow and suspenders, she'd also have a belt in which the gun she shot her parents with would rest (it would consist there over any costume), and her pants would consist of a red and black tutu and white and black stockings. (Picture a female Mad Hatter almost lol, also, her mascot costume is to resemble a TeaCup ride) The costume would also have a couple gunshot holes, stab holes, and a couple tears.
Power- Carnival Tricks
You've mastered the art of pretend and can place fake but stationary versions of yourself around the map. You only have a certain number of them but they can be increased by the power of add-ons. These replicas of you can animate but can't travel, if a survivor approaches one it'll give you a warning and if a survivor touches one (runs into it) it'll notify you and you can teleport to that replica. A survivor can break them, which causes them to be exposed and notifies their location to you, the exposed statues effect only lasts for 10 seconds. Add-ons can increase the notification length of when a survivor approaches one, breaks one and gets exposed, and can even depending on the add-on can reveal their aura if one is broken yet they won't be exposed. Your number of replicas are limited to 5 but can be increased to 10 by add-ons. However, if a survivor does break one your speed is decreased by 0.5 mps and the survivors don't need perks or items to destroy them.
The Weapon- The weapon is of a wooden wand and at the top of it is a red gem that's surrounded by the stick, as if the roots are holding on to it and the bark is twisting all the way up and down to keep a tight grip on it. You can switch between the weapon and your power by holding the secondary action button. In the placement mode it'll show the red gem glowing with particles flying off of it, and the left hand extended out as if she was reaching for something. In front of you it'll show a circle with two footprints in the middle to represent where the replica will stand and animate (which consists of turning towards the survivor if within a 5 meter range, and will also consist of the killer sounds and bloodstain).
The Weapon Lunge, Hit & clean- Her lunge would be her swinging her wand and if it hit a survivor it would glow and she'd reach up and touch the gem.
The Mori- The survivor would crawl a couple feet, Monica Would raise her wand, it would glow and another version of her would appear and grab the survivor by the arms and hold them down. Monica would walk over and stab her wand into the survivor's face, she would stab them three times in the head and then once in the heart. Monica would then back up and the wand would glow as if it collected the soul of the survivor. (This was one of the many different ideas I had for the mori since I wanted her power of summoning more than one person to be a part of it, I think this mori is pretty good but if it's bad let me know and I'll listen to what ideas you have or I'll introduce another idea.)
Killer Perks:
Peek-a-boo!- Your past has taught you a thing or two about scaring others. Each time you sacrifice or kill a survivor you gain a token, each token reduces your terror radius. A maximum of three tokens can be gained.
1 survivor killed or sacrificed: 1 token is gained and your terror radius is reduced by 5 meters outside of a chase.
2 survivors killed or sacrificed: 1 token is gained and your terror radius is reduced by 10 meters outside of a chase.
3 survivors killed or sacrificed: 1 token is gained and your terror radius is reduced to 0 meters outside of a chase.
The effect only lasts while outside of a chase. Terror radius gains do not stack.
"Where did mommy go? Peek-a-boo!" - Mariah Williams
Mind Break- Your false illusions break the minds of the innocent. While out of a chase, the red stain is reduced by 40/60/80% and is increased by 20/25/30% while in a chase.
"It'll be OK dear, I'm not going to hurt you that much." - Jeremiah Williams
Hex: Torment- A Hex that roots on survivors. As long as the related hex totem is standing, survivors healing another survivor will be faced with a skill check, if a survivor fails the skill check the healing process is restarted and the survivor who performed the healing action will have the broken status applied to them for 40/50/60 seconds.
The Hex effects persists as long as the related Hex Totem is standing. The Hex does not affect self-healing actions.
"I'm ######### tired of you Monica! You were the cause of this! You need to pay for the mistakes you made!" - Jeremiah Williams
Survivor- Lucy Nae Namgung
Born in South Korea, Lucy knew she had a legacy to uphold. She was born into a very prosperous and intellectual family. Her parents were highly respected and taught at one of the prosperous colleges nearby. When she herself graduated college she made the daring journey to the US to find a job that suited her business degree. She ended up staying with a college roommate of hers who was very well off in the states.
For many months she searched and searched for a job. Every time she got rejected she'd take a walk down a dirt road near her friends house to clear her mind. One day she was accepted and told her friend that'd she'd be out of their house in no time. She wrote down the address stated in the email and borrowed her friends car for the first day of work. Along the drive she noticed that she was driving along the same dirt road she used to walk night after night after rejection. A thick fog soon rolled over the road.
She arrived at the office building. It was completely encircled by the woods surrounding it. As she stepped outside of the car it started to rain, she ran inside. As she entered the building she noticed how empty it was. Nothing seemed to be touched but no one was around. She figured there was a huge meeting that everyone in the building had to attend so she went to the elevator and pushed the button on which her floor would be. When the elevator doors opened she knew something was wrong. Papers were scattered everywhere, desks, chairs, and cabinets were thrown all over the floor. The ceiling had holes in it and wires hung down as if they reached for her. She turned to go back to the elevator but when she turned the elevator was broken. She started to panic. She ran around the office trying to find an escape. While running around she noticed meat hooks lingering around her.
Confused and scared she noticed an EXIT sign and ran towards the stairs. As she went down though it wasn't glass or tile she saw, but wood. Dark and broken. When she got to the bottom she saw a circle of the meat hooks. She could hear a slight breathing behind her. Terrified she screamed and slammed her hands back as hard as she could to hit whatever was behind her. Her hands hit nothing. She turned around and just saw the stairs. A claw touched her. She looked at it and screamed. She ran towards the stairs and stumbled up them. She ran back to where the elevator was and found a woman in a mascot costume. She stared and looked at the girl and had recognized her from a trip she took when she was in college to the UK. They went to a carnival located near their hotel and played many games. During which Lucy had noticed a red haired girl enter an alley alone. She pushed it aside and acted as if it was nothing. Later after the discovery of the murdered mascot Lucy had wondered if it was her fault, if it was the girl who did it and she should have reported her.
And now the girl stood in front of her. The girl slowly walked towards Lucy but she backed up. Her back touched the glass and she could hear the storming thunder outside. The girl stopped and smiled at her. Suddenly claw like arms stabbed through the glass and wrapped themselves around Lucy. They pulled her through the window and towards the ground. When she woke up, she layed around a campfire. She got up and saw a group of others sitting there and staring at her.
Look- For her head she'd have a low and tight bun (her hair would be black), for her shirt she'd have a long sleeved grey business jacket and have a white buttoned up blouse underneath, and for her pants she'd have a grey pencil skirt.
Survivor Perks:
Coffee Break- You like to take breaks from doing the things you need to do. Every time a generator is completed you receive a token to up to 5 tokens. Each token gains a 2% haste effect. Tokens are consumed every time a survivor is sacrificed, killed, or has disconnected.
"Gosh I'm so tired of this. Anyone up for coffee?" - Lucy Nae Namgung
Organizing Files- You absolutely hate this part of your job. While exhausted, every action speed you perform is increased by 3/5/7% and Exhaustion takes 10/5/0% longer to recuperate from.
"If I could get rid of one thing out of my day, it would be this." - Lucy Nae Namgung
Hard Work- You know how to get people to work, and if they don't do it right, then you do it yourself. For each survivor injured, dying, or hooked, your action speed is increased by 2/4/6%. If you are injured, dying, or hooked, you grant other survivors a 3% bonus to action speeds.
"OK guys, I think it's time we actually start working!" - Lucy Nae Namgung
Map- The map would be floor on which Lucy got trapped on and taken by the Entity. The floor number above the elevator would read 18 but the screen would be cracked, the elevator would be slanted sideways to the left (looking directly at it) inside of the shaft, and the up button would be cracked while the down button was hanging out of the socket next to the elevator. The window directly in front of the elevator would be shattered and broken from when Lucy was pulled through it. The golden toolbox would be located inside of the elevator shaft, since the elevator would be slanted a bit sideways it would be on the side that's aimed towards the ceiling but barely noticeable. There would be double doors towards the back of the map, near a corner (left or right, it could change between map generations) and that's where the EXIT sign and doors would be but instead they'd lead to the basement. Outside the windows you could see and hear the rain pour. The exit gates would be located at any side of the map (except on the same side as the basement). The gates would be located inside of Conference Rooms (specifically at the end of them) and would function as normal. Generators would spawn around the map. On a side of the map map there'd be cubicles and a couple gens, as well as pallets and windows for survivors to use (The cubicles would be pretty big so there wouldn't be a ton and there'd be papers, chairs, and filing cabinets scattered everywhere, on this side maybe one or two conference rooms would be located and there'd be either a gen, chest, or an exit gate placed there). On the other (probably the side the the basement) it'd be open with desks, filing cabinets, chairs, and papers as well as mugs scattered everywhere. A couple conference rooms would be located there and could contain a gen, chest, or pallet loop. In the open area the desks near the generators or filing cabinets would serve as the loops for pallets to spawn or be located at. The generators would be the yellow ones found on the inside of the game map or other indoor maps and the lights in the ceiling would locate if a gen was close by, almost done, being repaired, or if there wasn't. (The lights would be blinking like normal and stay lighted once done. Most lights would be on but some would be off, or hanging down from the ceiling.). I picture the map almost as if it was hit by a tornado.
Chapter Name- Scattered Files
Thank you all for reading this idea, it took me a couple days to fully come up with, I had some issues coming up with Lucy's backstory lol. Anyways I'd like to thank @yes for previously in my original concept upload of this for helping me with the redesign of the perks there. I decided to use some of those and change up a bit or keep them the way they had told me, which I don't think I did much of. If I made any mistakes please let me know and if you have any suggestions please let me know! Also note that I do not expect anything from the devs to read this or even take any factors of this, this was an entirely original idea and even though I'd like to see this in game I doubt it would happen. Hope that clears up something. But thank you all I hope you have a wonderful day!

Not to be mean but the killer power seems like a rip off of hag with less traps. 5 is not enough and should be increased to 8 to 10 by default, other than that good job!

I see what you mean, but I decided to have them at 5 since they do que a killer if a survivor is within a 5 meter range and can expose a survivor if one is broken, but only for 10 seconds. I kind of combined the likeness of the Doctor's visions and the Hag. And remember I did come up with the idea of having add-ons increase the number of traps, I do agree that I should change the number of the limit there can be (instead of just 8 I might increase it to 10). I am also up to changing the start off number of traps if that's what other people also tell me I should do.
