Downed survivors silent?

So I just started back playing and I noticed that survivors were not making any noise when downed and crawling around. And every single of the survivors didn't have "Iron Will". Is this intended or a bug?

Sound in this game is so badly bugged its to the point where trying to rely on sound will most likely ######### you more then help you

Loads of killer bugs roaming freely in the game right now. 99% of them negatively affect killers. Developers said they are "looking into" some of them, but most of them got not even a response by them so far.

I've been playing with the TV on mute. It probably is better that way, because hearing an injured survivor for a millisecond before it goes completely silent again is more distracting than helpful.

Survivors also really shouldn't encourage killers to play slugging games by bringing three flashlights or sabo'ing all the hooks right now. I'm not going to be able to find them on the ground; they're going to spend four minutes bleeding out.

People seem to just like to waste killers time with this, and other things like t-bagging at gates and hook tech, which should've been taken out of the game by now.

Yeah, I had to slug a lot yesterday because people were sabo'ing.

Happened to me I ended up having to wait for that survivor to bleed out because I found hatch but couldn't find or hear her

I don't think BHVR knows/realizes how important sound is in their game.
