Is the clown's mori extremely long? I feel that the animation takes too much time compared to other killers

So no, Clown's is not that long in comparison. It just feels that way since he spends a good amount of time licking fingers.

The Mori animations are of varying lengths. Most are around 12-13 seconds. The Clown's is one of the longest at 14 seconds, but no longer than those of the Nurse or Plague (Plague's mori, I believe, is the longest of all the killers, at 15 seconds).

I think he means the Kill in-general and not the entire animation.
If we're talking the whole animation than yes, it's on par with Killers like Nurse and The Plague.
