Greedy survivors in nonSWF

Another reason apart from potatoes to play in an unbalanced SWF is greedy survivors, vultures when it comes to unhooking.
I realise there are penalties if the survivor is downed straight away but they then run off without healing under no pressure from the killer causing self care to be run.
The reason I write this is I had to run a whole map from a generator to heal a vulture the 1% who then got up body blocked me from unhooking the guy he wanted to unhook...

Sorry but I'm confused.. Are you talking about solo hook farmers?

Well, there are killers that come back to the hook instantly if they didnt find someone else, so moving away from the hook to a save spot is actually not a bad move.
