Hex ruin's changed affect is great, the issue people take with it ....is that it's still a hex perk.

Not every killer can just apply pressure. Some are still learning how to optimally chase let alone pressure gens at the same time

There's 4/5/6 perks in the game to counter slugging already, if it's bugging you that much that you want the ability to leave survivors on the ground to be a perk....try running them. It's not like you'll be sacrificing any meta slots anyways
