Games are not killer sided at high ranks.
And I don't think you know the definition of second chance. Bbq and chili, make your choice and whispers dont fit the category.

In todays gen rush world Fire Up is not pointless. Gens are flying and the perk only gets better the more gens are done

how is bamboozle a second chance perk? also noed only works if the survivors allow it to. enduring really isnt a second chance perk , I would agree spirit fury is. and like waffles said I asked for perks not killers.

I wouldn't really say killers have second chance perks that are "meta" outside of NOED, and NOED is not a meta perk, at least not to good killers, though it can be used on any killer and is good, so you could call it one.
Generally they just have perks that help with specific things. Help with tracking. Help with gen management. Help with dealing with pallets/chase. They also have a power.

haunted grounds isnt a second chance perk, remember me is not a second chance perk, you're literally injuring a survivor and you could also kill them (your main objective)rancor is an informational perk , blood warden rarely comes into play (what with people 99 gates). NOED is all up to the survivors.

Noed, maby blood warden, alittle bit of rancor. Though the "second chance" perks killers have are completely counterble. Unlike certain survivor perks such as adrenaline with the gen speeds, dead hard if used optimally, DS at certain occasions especially during endgame and many other subjective subjects.

NOED and Bloodwarden are definitely second chance perks, but that is all they have, and they are not as strong as the survivor second chance perks.
Man can you imagine if there was a perk that just....un-did a generator and put it back to like 50% or something, even if like DS it was once per match how stupid strong that would be? Haha xD

Perks like Noed is a โsecond chance perkโ because it gives the killer more power at the end of the match which is meant to help kill the other survivors, things like blood warden is also a โsecond chance perkโ because the killer literally gets to block the way to escape an win the match like thats really good if the killer knows how to use it, also remember me extends the time of the exit gate opening so its harder to open, so the killer does have perks for endgame so I dont know why killers are complaining

Saying that noed isn't crutch because survivors can "do bones" before it activates is just stupid. If they do bones they already lose time, giving you advantage. But that's a thing that almost never happens. So don't say noed isn't crutch if 1 match out of 100 survivors get rid of it before the end game. That's what happens: good survivors won't do totems because they know it's a loss of time; bad survivors will lose before the end game, especially if they do totems.

I'm not. No need to yell, you'll see complaints about it all the time in noed threads. People were really complaining about it during tome 1 when there were challenges to break totems and break totems in one game.
Also, fix my game how? Like get a CS degree, patiently keep applying at bhvr while working entry level CS jobs to get work experience to bolster my resumรฉ, and then hopefully one day, have the ability to fix these totem spawns so I can quit and go back to playing? That sounds like not only a long shot, but a large burden to put on me. I propose you fix my game sir if you think it's a problem.

Either they cleanse all 5 totems and u as killer got more time to pressure gens (second chance) or they don't and noed kicks in (second chance).

Getting unhooked is the survivor objective, so is escaping through the exit gates. Hooking a survivor is the killer objective, so is downing survivors and picking them up.

NOED has turned thousands of 0ks into quick and sudden 4ks over the course of the years. Therefore it's as much of a 2nd chance as a perk can be regardless of whether it can be cleansed or not. It's called second chance and not second guarantee for a reason. No one says a chance WILL get you something - only that there's a POSSIBILITY to get something. As for Adrenaline it doesn't turn 4ks into 0ks. At least I've never experienced such a scenario in 3 years of playing mostly killer at any rank. Not one single time. Therefore bad comparison in my opinion even if Adrenaline has the same potential. It's just not likely to have the same impact on average especially if we're talking about a bunch of solo survivors who can't pop Adrenaline coordinatedly.
Think what you want anyways. It's fine to have different opinions.

NOED - Just do the totems take almost 10s and there's four survivors on the map each one can clean one and someone get the other, remeber me? you're just kidding, fire up? how it's so powerfull the 15% actio speed i get so many 4k because of that, BBQ it1s second? rancor almost useless? whispers it's tracking perk you're probrably a bad survivor and killer

The term second chance perks is stupid to begin with.
Killer leaves me on the ground bored and I pick myself up..... that's the killers fault for leaving me there.
Killer tunnels me and gets hit with DS....... that's the killers fault for not going after the person who unhooked me or the other two people on the map who are probably having a jolly old time doing gens while you deny someone the chance to play. (yes, I'm aware there are situations where people don't intend to tunnel but let's be real, I play killer as well and we know who just came off the hook and who hasn't so yall can miss me with that "I didn't mean to tunnel" lie. You knew what you were doing)
Soul Guard (weak perk, but okay let's go there) Killer slugged me and decided not to hook me, I spent however long it takes me to recover and then someone picked me back up and withing 4 SECONDS, you try to hit the person back down who just got off the ground.... you deserve to get caught by that perk
Adrenaline - If yall aren't counting NOED, Rancor, Remember Me as second chance perks, than you aren't allowed to count Adrenaline as one either. Operates on the same end game conditions.
Mettle of Man - Instantly became a joke and stopped getting used after launch but sure let's go there too. I have to take not 1, not 2, but 3 protection hits (which also means I have to heal myself up at some point to take enough hits) then the next time I would go down, I get BT. Trash

And to address the reason that killers supposedly don't have "second chance perks" (They do: NOED, Bloodwarden, Rancor, Spirit Fury, Remember Me, Unrelenting)

some of those perks are not consider as "second chance perk" the only ones that are on my opinion its make youre choice ,BBQ,blood warden thats it
