With regards to legion and Jeff

I actually calculated this in my first ever discussion, because this was a theory I was interested. Such discussion has since been buried (it's over two years old), so I'll just recap the important information here.

Frank came to Ormond at the age of sixteen, since know he was nineteen when the janitor incident happened. In the attempt to keep them as close to being taken at the same time as I could, I went with the assumption that Jeff was a senior, so the rest of his story could take place. The issue was immediately apparent. As soon as Jeff moves to Winkler, the theory falls apart. He became a roadie for a few years, got his eye damaged, took several courses of art school, which usually takes around 4 years, and led a quiet life drawing for micro-breweries. Using a VERY conservative estimate of time for when he was a roadie and completely ignoring the life he led after school, Frank would have been at least twenty-three. And again, that completely ignores everything that happened after art school.

Long story short, Jeff COULDN'T have been taken at the same time as the Legion, unless he was a time traveling wizard.

His backstory in general is proof.

We know that Jeff was around to at least do the Legion tag in Mount Ormond However after that There are clearly multiple events that happened in his life spanning a few years.

The incident with Frank and the others most likely happened a couple of months after the mural was completed.

Meaning the Legion members are between 16 to 19 when they are taken.

And Jeff was taken. Most likely in his early to mid 30s.

I don't know, with a beard like that he might just be a wizard.
