Trilling tremors question
So i heard that generators under the effect of trilling tremors don't regress
So for example, doc with ruin and trilling tremors. I static blast before i pick someone up to block all the generators
During that time I'm actually helping the survivors by turning my ruin off for 16 seconds
Is that correct?

I believe it's actually that you can't apply regression with it up, but any in-effect regression does continue. I may be wrong though.

From what I remember reading it effectively puts the generator into stasis.
Peanits said: "It'll continue regressing once the Thrilling Tremors effect wears off, but the regression is paused while the blocking is active."
So no regression can happen while its blocked regardless of how the regression was applied.
also @Sonzaishinai the combo never worked the dev just confirmed how it always worked.
