Make survivors scream 10 times
Does this mean just spam one with shock 10 times or 10 different survivors

Actually I don't think it's a doctor specific (although I did it just to be sure with doc).
I think that something like infectious fright, Iron Maiden or even simple m1 and/or downs shouldd work.

i think it means make survivors scream by them just passively screaming by being insane or by shocking them it doesn't have to be different survivors.

Doesn't Freddy's dream snares make people scream? And I think who screams doesn't matter. As long as they scream

Just in 10 times in general. I just did with doc using only 1 game and I didn't repeatedly shock anyone either. Should work with others perks that make people scream. Not sure if calm spirit effects it or not.

Pretty much. Doc is easiest for it since Madness 3 can cause them to repeatedly scream anyway so you can focus more on getting other survivors

Also DBD: Worsens the Doctor and make him twice if not tripple as annoying.

It doesn't have to be with Doctor, and it doesn't have to be different survivors. However doing it with Doctor is a lot easier than most other killers.
Also it's really fun as doctor. Just chasing one person around the same loop for an entire match shocking them, just for them to hate on you in the end game screen because they were forced to de-pip because all they did that match was run from you. It's great.

Yeah did it first game with Clown, they scream all game.

Doesn't matter how you do it. Did it with Myers in one game. Easy stuff.

You have the option to simply get better at your disposal.

Use Calm Spirit or hide in lockers to avoid his shocks. Drop pallets early to avoid getting stunned, just like Clown or Freddy.

Do beartraps also count as screaming?
I already did this challenge so i can't test it but it's an option for people who don't have dlc

I tried using Iron Maiden, but nobody went into a locker. Hitting them with my stick seemed to work just as well.

I don't think it is, i think the trap snapping sound is it's own "alert"

I did it with demo. Everytime you down or hook someone they scream

I used Legion running only Iron Maiden because my Legion is level 1 and I had a daily. Got all of my screams in one match.

I just did this with the trapper in one game. It works just hitting the survivors.
