Thrilling tremors, do you use it?
A decent information and slowdown perk. It is unfortunate though that the Gen doesn't regress while it's blocked by the entity.

I use it on m1 killers with surge. It often mindgames survivors into staying off gens for a little bit. It's also good with pop to find a gen to kick.

Does almost nothing to slow gens down, especially since it doesn't allow regression while blocked. It's only real use is information, in which I think there are better options.
It needs to allow regression while blocked and have its cooldown either reduced a lot or removed entirely to be a strong perk.

Infectious Fright or BBQ usually perform and synergize better with PgtW which is the staple slowdown perk for most people right now. If the cooldown was reduced to at least 30 seconds I'd consider it a good perk, but the hefty cooldown combined with its other limitations holds it back.
Purely my opinion though, and I've made it work in the past so not saying it can't work.

Gen has progress, Thrilling blocks it, and that's 16 seconds of fast regression that cant be interrupted. What do you mean that's not pairable?

Peanits literally confirmed on these forums that regression pauses when TT is active.
Like I said, not pair-able.

The devs said that while blocked it can't be regressed by any means (not even with ruin)

No, why would I waste a perk slot with something so useless? It blocks gens so I can't kick them. It's surveillance with a cooldown, that is only activated when I pick survivors up (so slower to use overall). It doesn't even stop survivors that are already working on a gen. When playing Killer every second counts, and that perk just wastes way to many of them.
