The fact that they did so well with the Freddy rework by completely scraping the original power and just starting fresh makes me wonder why they havent done that to Legion yet.

Probably because it took em like 2 years to actually make it happen. Even then his addon's feel rushed.

Really wish he had more interesting addons. His base power is great, but his addons just feel meh.

Easily Freddy, His powers grants him a form of stealth, tracking, slow down, trickery, mobility, and almost entirely negates the effects of borrowed time.
Runner up I'd say is probably Spirit, no information during her phase will still let her catch most survivors with them only being able to make a guess, or a read to save their life.

I would not consider Ghost face or spirit to be M1 killers. You can instan down or use your power to gets downs respectively.

I'm seeing a lot of people say that Freddy is a M1 Killer but he's really not His snare help him in chase so he's technically not considered a M1 Killer. As for the strongest M1 killer I'd have to say Either Ghostface or Myers

Freddy is perhaps the most overrated killer in the game.
Freddy is not that good. There is a reason why the only build you see with Freddy is the slow down build because he sucks and the only chance you have with him is to slow the game down to such a crawl that you might have a chance. He is extremely addon and perk dependent.
You can 4k way more easily with a base doctor, ghost face or myers than you can with a base Freddy.
