Heal Wars: The Hidden Solidarity
I have Solidarity equipped. I am injured. I unhook Nea and we find a safe spot to heal up. I try to heal her, but she interrupts and tries to heal me. I interrupt and try to heal her. This cycles back and forth another three times.
I finally gave up, hid in a nearby locker, and messaged them (Xbox) to let them know I have Solidarity because the game won't tell them for me.
Let Solidarity have a shared perk icon like Prove Thyself, etc. End these heal battles.

I agree it has to be annoying.. but then if it started telling other survivors you have healing perks, it would get ridiculous..
Silly scenario but imagine everyone's wounded and huddled together, and you see all these icons popping up letting you know that:
- Survivor A has Solidarity!
- Survivor B has Autodidact!
- Survivor C has We'll Make It & Prove Thyself!
Who goes first? Oh and the killer also has Nurse's Calling and he's coming your way! But worry not, Autodidact dude also has Spine Chill to make skillchecks pop up more often!

Then show both of our health bars to both survivors when I heal with Solidarity. I can see how much I heal myself, and they can see that I also heal myself while healing them and that they're effectively getting less Altruism points because I'm healing myself and they'll only get half of a heal and they interrupt me to try to heal me--
NVM. Keep Solidarity hidden so that Survivors I heal don't try to stop me for the benefit of their own Altruism point pool.

But jokes aside, it is indeed annoying when you go back and forth trying to heal each other, and of course, both give up at the same time, only to start again.. and by the time you finally manage to get someone to heal the other, one of them could have been nearly fully healed arlready.
