Stop the "Gen Rush" nonsense, actual good killers rise!
There was an emblem requirements change guys, you no longer have to worry about gens being done early game but worry about last 2 gens and doors not being opened.
"But I still think gens are being done way too fast" Learn to 3 gen them or to properly patrol gens and apply pressure. THIS DOESN'T APPLY TO CLOWN, LEGION AND BUBBA, we all know those need reworks or buffs.
The early gens done doesn't affect pipping as it did before. If you're one of the actual good killers who can 3k+ regardless of how many gens were done, this is your time to shine and get those double pips.
- Gatekeeper Emblem: Flattened score value of all remaining generators so now all generators are worth the same amount (1 point per minute) regardless of the duration that they remain in the match. Also added an additional score for both gate remaining unopened at the end of the match.

Pipping literally does not matter one bit anymore since they are getting rid of ranks. Why make an objective if it isn't even feasible to defend? Bad design.

First off I don’t know if you are implying gen rushing isn’t real or if you don’t know what real gen rushing is? While people use gen rushing for survivors who do gens fast, real gen rushers are those who do nothing but sit on gens. So gen rushers will try their best to not go for hook saves, slug pick ups, get chased , etc. These are players who ruin the game for both killers and survivors.
Secondly I agree that by the time you are in middle of a match and hopefully have some map pressure and less gens to protect, gen speeds are a lot more reasonable. The problem people have with gens are the beginning when they have no pressure at all on the map and the lack of pressure means the easier it is for people to sit on gens. The speed of the early gens can cause killers to be forced to have to resort to scummier tactics like slugging and yes 3 gening, but playing the 3 gen is boring as a killer and is determined by how the gens are set up by the survivors. Most good survivors will realize when they have done more gens on one side of the map then the other and will try to avoid a three gen situation.
Finally, no one really cares for the emblem system at all at this point as it’s a dumb, inconsistent system for a rank that doesn’t matter now and will be even more irrelevant with the upcoming changes.

Pipping is mostly irrelevant.
If say the shack gen pops before I can even get there due to BNPs, it's a problem. It deflates the whole feeling of the match, "it's been 15 seconds and a gen is already done, cool, i have to sweat my ass off the entirety of the match to have a handful of decent chases"
real great experience that. Did survivors have fun when their teammates could be mori'd before a hook? what's the difference?

did i say that? i would like to believe that i can keep a gen from going off in the first 30-45 seconds of the match. like i said, it kills the whole mood of the match when a gen goes that early and you could've done nothing to stop it.. then we have people living in denial like this doesn't exist

3 people spawn together, 30 second gen w/o toolboxes.
and this whole "toolboxes are being looked at" is irrelevant until the moment something is done, because in the meantime they are still being abused

I don't really care much about emblems, and pips, and ranks. I mainly focus on a solid, legit, fun match.. if I get kills ( great ), if I don't ( that's fine too ). I play to relax and enjoy.. however, I do find it difficult to apply pressure on the larger maps, and gens pop like crazy. The match is over in no time..

Now we just need to fix the Sacrifice emblem from Survivors dcing to forcibly make Killers De-pip, just because they had a bad game.

btw relying on a 3 gen strategy doesn't stop gen rushing. Regardless you can finish 1 gen in the time it takes to complete 1 chase, not including the time it takes to move a body to a hook, and then even sacrifice someone.

No, first you stop using words "tunnel" and "camp". It doesnt exist, too. Killers are just ensuring you get maximum survival experience. If you cant handle it, its not killers problem. Oh, yes, and then we may talk about "gen rush".

My last match finally pushed me over the edge and I'm done playing killer for now. Period. By the time I straight walked to the other side of the map where the survivors were on gens, two popped. And by the time I downed someone after that happened, 3rd gen done. My other matched today weren't as ridiculous as that, but they were still pretty bad with gen speeds. Back in the early days of this game it wasn't this big of a deal because nobody was freakishly good at this game. Nowadays the skill ceiling has gotten real high and i don't think BHVR has really been able to keep up with that or adapt the game to that. All I know is something needs to change.
