Madness and deep wound

Do not prioritize mending over snap out of it. Keep it the way it is. Instead slow down the deep wound timer by 50% while survivor is performing snap out of it action. This requires management from survivor side and stirs up gameplay a bit.

Idk if they said anything to the contrary since, but last I heard from the devs, they were both aware and totally fine with Snap Out of It receiving priority over Mending.

Yeah they addressed it in the last live stream, didn't they? Pretty sure they said it was made that way on purpose.

Honestly, I don't think Mending should be prioritized over Snap Out Of It -- but I also don't think it should slow down when you are trying to snap out of madness. I think it should keep bleeding at the normal rate -- as a way for Madness to counteract medkit purple add-ons and Borrowed Time hits. If you're in Madness 3 and you have deep wounds, well you better be lucky enough to snap out quickly so you can mend. Just my opinion.

Also, makes you think twice about unhooking someone in madness 3 in front of the killer to have borrowed time take a hit for them, if it's just going to end up getting them downed again because they couldn't snap out in time

Same here. But knowing the devs I thought I'd throw it out there as a lesser evil before they change it

Its still totally unreasonable that the less threatening action gets priority.

Considering how you're mad and don't think clearly, I would consider snapping out of it a priority over anything else.

I would say no simply because of the fact doctor doesn't need that ability on top of his already strong kit. The mending+having to snap out of it(Which can be difficult depending on your perks/add ons) is enough of a slowdown.

However! The madness could have a multiplier effect if you're healing yourself so it takes longer. If someone else does though then it'd take the normal mending time. Or alternatively you could simply have madness 3 specifically make it so you get skill checks so you potentially end up drawing the timer out more because of your own mistakes. I'd rather have the second option honestly. More of a reason to seek out teammates if you can't handle the skill checks. Outright downs due to prioritization though is ridiculous. He don't need that and if any killer should be getting a stronger effect regarding mending it should be the killer that actually revolves around deep wounds: Legion.
