Anyway to get a soundboard for Steve harrington sounds?

This is an odd request that I personally can't answer or direct you to to get said answer.
You can always just look up a sound-board software and get a audio piece of Steves scream, than turn into into a soundboard file. Otherwise I couldn't tell you where to get a soundboard personally, i'd recommend just look on youtube for that answer.

Well naturally to make a Soundboard file you need to just get a sample audio file of Steves voice and convert it into a soundboard file to use.
If you've done it before than you shouldn't have issues getting the audio sample from a random video or in-game by recording it yourself and than converting it for your personal use.

I think if he just downloads that video and isolates the sound file that has the scream than he can go from there.
That or he converts it to an MP3 file through a secondary site, which I don't remember how to do since it's been so long since I've had Video Editing classes in high-school, or whatever it was called I don't remember.
After that he just takes the file like any other file and puts it into his Sounboard, which he said he's done before.

I mean that's kind of the only thing he can do I think, since the file itself requires him to dig through said files and who knows if he could even find it.
It's not like it's out there for him to get, at least not easily.
