why can't i get survivors?

My friends and I keep on trying to play killer to get our daily but no one ever comes into our lobbies. Is it because we are ranked 20?

    That and their Match making System is super Bad...
    Also there are more games than there are Survivors. .
    Other reason is you are changing your Setup? Load out?

    There is a bug that if you do this during Que the system wont let you find games ect as a killer

    Devs made it such players cant derank below rank 15 anymore to improve beginners experience.

    But of course this means at the same time that almsot nobody is currently at rank 20-15, once you rank up a bit the queue time should only take a few seconds
