Why not show AFTER a match who is SWF?
As the title says. Like perks, this information could be shown to everybody after the match.
This way killers could see whether they have indeed played against a 4-men SWF or whether it was just a group of good solos players. Also interesting for solo survivors.

I wouldn't mind it. I think the devs are hesitant though because the killer could remember the names of a SWF group they face and dodge.

I actually would like that, that way if I run into them again I could easily switch to certain loadouts

well most of killers hates swf and showing who was in swf would cause more toxiciness... so i think thats never gonna happen.. devs are trying to protet swf as much as possible due to they are the most cash cows

I don't think this would be a big problem. Killers who play on a regular basis, pay attention to names & face the same teams repeatedly are recognizing SWF teams anyway.
Those killers who don't remember SWF teams now will not start to remember teams in the future.

Because then we'd be able to call the devs out on bad stats with proof. Can't have that happening.
Jokes aside (kind of), then we'd recognize their names and start lobby dodging in the future. That's the most likely reason, but kinda unrealistic honestly.
I personally think it would be a good change for stat tracking reasons and also because now you could actually know if it was a fair match or not.
I look up all the players in my lobbies to spot SWF and for rank 1 PC games at least, they are way, way more common than the stats we got showed.

I agree with you. I just also see why the devs may be a little hesitant on that.
Truth be told, if it it did get added, I'd also like it to apply to solo Q so I can see how many of my teammates were SWF.

I dont think it would show more toxicness. When I play, I also get "accused" of playing in a 4 man SWF, which is not the case. If the Killer would see that he just lost vs 2 Solos and a 2 man SWF or even 4 Solos, he might not blame SWF. And someone who wants to be toxic will find another reason to complain.
Same goes the other way around, if a Killer clearly sees that he lost to a 4 man SWF, he might jump on that "SWF is too strong"-Train or use that as a source for insults, but honestly, if someone wants to do that, he/she will find a way to complain. Maybe its Perks, or a Flashlight or whatever.

This information should be available after the Match, I dont see any valid reason why it should not be available. It is also good if someone wants to have some Stats on their games or simply because the Killer is interested. At least I would love to know if I just faced a SWF or Solos.

From a console point of view it would help a lot, with Steam you can check profiles (even though you can set it to private) way more easily then with PS4 and at least when I was playing, about 80+% of profiles were private. So you can't see/ask for confirmation of SWF and is just guessing from the experience.
Also, if the reasoning is this BS about remembering the names of groups to dodge after that is completely irrelevant. I would remember names of some survivors then encounter them later with or without this, mostly because I played (almost) 50/50 so one survivor who I face will almost certainly be my teammate on the next round.

They wont add that because it will disprove their lie that only a small percentage of games have SWF in them. I find that almost 90% of my games have swf.

yeah like I would love to to see which people were swf.. yes you can check profiles but it doesnt help sometimes.. and definitely they will never do that that you can see in your lobby which people are in swf,, most of killer would left lobby thats for sure.

Like someone said above, this could lead to killers keeping a notepad with names of SWF then next time they would know to dodge in lobby. That’s the only downside I see.
As solo survivor I could argue some survivors may also avoid teaming with certain SWF because they don’t play to win they play to meme or even outright sandbag their teammates who aren’t part of their SWF

And ranks are getting away for post game, as they went away from pre-match lobby.
But the reason for this is not to encourage people to highlight it in the post game (sometimes ending in harrassment) if it's not gonna be relevant after the match

I am not saying a full 4 man SWF group, I am talking about in some way 2 or 3 man SWF groups. Devs already said in a blanket statement that SWF only accounts for a small percentage of games played. Yet every single game I play as killer there is at least a 2 man group, every single game.
I can almost guarantee you other killers experience the same daily. I rarely get a 4 man solo group if at all. So me saying that the stats are a lie are just that. The devs just do not want to post actual stats because of how imbalanced the state of the game is.

Because the devs would rather hide information than give you it.
Showing if people were or were not SWF after a match does nothing but help a killer feel less bothered by the match they may have had. Hell, even showing it BEFORE the match wouldn't be a bad idea, so that maybe a killer who planned on playing Clown would decide to play a killer that can give SWF more of a challenge.
But oh no we can't have that.

I am seeing rank 4, rank 11, and a rank 10 in the end game list and I am rank 16, normally that tells me its an SWF led by the 4, tho why I am being MATCHED with a rank 4 at rank 16 I don't know.
I was so mad about the stupid rank debacle with the achieves being given out like candy that I quit playing for a week, now I hear something about hidden skill levels... is that implemented? If it is then I wont be able to guess who is SWF anymore.

I haven't even mentioned the dev data. I have no idea how accurate it is but I can say with absolute certainty that your claim that 100% of games having at least a 2 man swf is not true.

I mention Fox News because of the sheep believe what they tell you without thinking for yourself mentality. I can concede its not 100%, but i will say at least 85% or more has at least a 2 man in it.
I do not, and others do not believe the statistics the devs posted a couple of months ago which included SWF statistics. They were answering questions about it in the thread, but continuously ignored questions to get more into detail about the SWF stats.
They do not want to reveal the true stat because they know how imbalanced and unfair it is. This game was not designed around SWF in mind, and still isn't, yet it is still being appeased due to monetary issues.

I think it would be a good change if made along side some other ones.
I think the removing of linking to profiles along with names could be hidden as this may allow for more dodging to happen if rematched with the same players within a play session.
Really linking to profiles on PC serves no purpose other than to allow more toxicity out with the game itself. The same can be said for names as people can search for them after a match.
This name of course could then be made optional as you can choose to have a name or let the system grant you a survivor number 1,2,3 or 4.

Considering this is the first time you are noticing what I have been saying shows you really haven't read anything I've mentioned. You aren't worth talking to anymore, you only see what you want and cannot be swayed in your mindset. I am not complaining about 2 or 3 man, all i have said is that the devs stats about majority of games being comprised of solo 4 man and SWF groups make up a very small percentage of the matches is a lie.
