This matchmaking is broken
BHVR this matchmaking is really getting out of hand it’s making it unfair on survivors who are new to the game and killers who are new to the game I really hope this new matchmaking fixes things soon.
For a bit of context I was doing a nurse challenge and I suck with nurse I also play on PS4 which made it worse so that’s why 3 of them got away.

well this problem here has bilion threads.. basically what is happening is playing survivor is boring as hell holding m1 simulator which in solo if frustrating and in swf is utterly broken.. most people are playing in swf and with their crappy emblem system everyone will be soon rank 1..
playing killer is utterly frutrating and painful experience in higgher ranks thats why bunch of killer left game, become survivor only or stopped playing, or deranking... thats another reason for matchmaking..
what they wanna do is hide ranks and add mmr system like in league or other games, but problem is this game is heavy rng with broken loops, maps, mechanics, bunch of killers are bugged, sound issues etc etc etc and some of killers are really good and some are just unplayable like legion, clown buba etc..
so nope its not gonn be fixed anytime soon and their new system will just make things worse as everyone is saying

People claim it’s because their aren’t Enough red rank killers but here’s the thing, a rank 1 killer faces rank 10-15 survivors but then a rank 12 killer faces rank 1-4 survivors... why aren’t those reversed?

I don’t play nurse that’s why I have bad perks for her was only using her for a daily.

Saw a thread about this same topic last night. The thread was created in June 2019 and someone bumped it up. Mods deleted it.
Don’t have faith in them fixing matchmaking if it’s been this bad for at least 8 months.

I started playing in September. My first game, FIRST GAME, was against a rank 3 huntress with iridescent head, infantry belt, and ebony Mori.
the joke was on her, all four of us died on hook in the first minute.

They aren't going to fix it, just remove ranks in endgame and use this hidden MMR thing so they can never be proven wrong.

Yeah, that’s what I think as well. Oh well, guess Killer players will get less and less and Lobby simulator will last longer. Maybe they should add Tetris to the lobbies in order to make it more engaging?
