Thanatophobia, do you use it?
Fun fact, thanatophobia is actually a Greek word. Thanatos or θάνατος is death and fobia or φοβία is fear, meaning the fear of death.
Anywho, let me carry on. Thanatophobia is commonly used among plague and legion in their "slow the game down" builds. I just love having max stacks and I'm the corner of the map a p3 Claudette to self-care so slowly.
Do you use it? Let me know down below. If you want more fun facts then again, let me know down below :3

I have never noticed it's effects as a survivor so I haven't used it as a killer but I guess I could try it some time in some slowdown build probably.

No. I'd rather use a dying light or pig perk.

If I have nothing else to use.

On Legion or Plague? Sure, I will use it on them, but on other Killers, no.

Yes. It's part of my meta build since ruin was nerfed. Sloppy, Thana, Knockout, BBQ. Sometimes I swap BBQ with Pop or Corrupt.

Thanatophobia is a perk that makes the progress bars red and that's it. The effect is so bad and minimal, it's just not worth it. It takes them a whopping 10 extra seconds to repair a gen. What a great perk.

I never use it. Playing as a Survivor, I never notice the difference whenever I'm affected by it so I figure it would be pretty pointless to use it.

If I use thana I use it with other slow down perks, specifically dying light.
I have three basic builds: slow down gen build, fast chase build ( spirit fury, enduring, and any perk that helps in chases) and the aura reading builds (using perks that help me locate survivors easier). I usually wont mix them together. I do one or the other depending on my mood and killer.

Pretty much this. It's useful on killers that can keep survivors injured consistently, but other perks are typically more effective on most others.

Yes. It's actually a good perk, but people want to say it does nothing.
It slows down healing and gens. You just need to be injuring survivors. If you are the type to chase 1 player until you catch them like a bot, yea it won't be very good. If you spread the damage it's actually very good. It might only make a difference of a few seconds here and there, but that time adds up.
Combos very well with Sloppy, Dying Light, new Ruin, Knockout, Nurse's, Infectious, and Pop.

Been using it on my Legion since the ruin rework. Works well with the Legion pin since the broken status effect keeps survivors injured for longer. Might not seem like much in itself, but the extra time it takes to do a gen can give you the time needed to interrupt the gen being finished, and thus start regressing again. Ultimately with this setup, I'm constantly injuring survivors and they're faced with either working on a gen injured and giving away their location, or wasting significant time trying to heal up.
