Can killers destroy 5 of X to completely disable DS or BT or Adren or DH or Unbreakable?
I mean, I know survivors cry about NoeD even though they can just get rid of it before it even can do anything by destroying 5 totems.
Im pretty sure killers DREAM of such a function on their side, man that would be nice to have, destroy 5 of X and just completely take away a second chance survivors perk, lovely

I would personally enjoy doing that more then going for rather pointless chases myself, go out the door, gladly, leave asap so I can get my rift progress.

I mean, Killers can destroy 4 Survivors to get rid of Adrenaline. But other than that, every one of those Perks has a Counter which does not involve any work from the Killer.
DS-->Dont go for the unhooked guy.
Unbreakable-->Pick the downed guy up. (In fact, its the Killers decision to slug... unbreakable is the counter to this decision)... And if someone does not go for the unhooked person right away, they also dont have to deal with that "either get DSed or Unbreakable"-Shenaningans.
BT-->Hit the Unhooker. Usually, if they are really hook-rushing, it is a Trade, because you can easily get a Hit before the Unhook and most likely after the Unhook as well.

Hmm if killers could get stunned for 75 seconds to turn off DS permanently that might be balanced. Maybe even there could be a system where they need only be stunned for 5 seconds to turn it off on a certain survivor?

These perks already have counterplay, just like destroying totems is counterplay to NOED. The only thing that should go is locker DS.

I actually posted something VERY similar to OP's idea like 45 minutes ago, lol. The topic we were discussing was due to a killer getting DSed 3 times at the exit gate within a minute. I had suggested what if we brought back the lanterns from the year of the boar event that killers could break in order to disable certain survivor perks. Survivors could have "hex perks" so to speak that were tied to their person lantern. If that survivors lantern is destroyed, their perk wont activate similarly to NOED. A killer wouldnt KNOW whos lantern is whos, so would only be SURE the survivor theyre about to pick up at the exit gates wont DS them if they had broken all 4 lanterns.
Overall, I think it could be an interesting idea for not only current perks, but also future ones as well. The strongest killer perks are often tied to being hex perks, so having "hex" survivor perks would allow for survivors to have strong perks without making it too unfair balance wise.

That would defeat the purpose of why those exist. I would rather see killer does X of something to get some kind of buff.

Would you accept challenge if i offered you to face my 4-man SWF group with 4x DS and unbreakable? I will prove you that games are not so black and white as you make it seem. DS is far better than just "anti tunnel" perk lmao

I think unbreakable is fine , it's really when you pair it with DS where it gets pretty powerful. you really cant win in a chase with someone with DS and unbreakable.

Just to understand what you're proposing.
Instead of the killer doing what he's supposed to do, he can then run around the map, destroying players perks instead?

If the survivor jumps in a locker all you can do is eat the ds. Additionally, you can get DS without tunneling
And sometimes the rescued survivor will bodybkock die to having basically a free hit.
Tbh, the biggest issue people have with the perks from what I've seen is survivors starting to use them offensively.

Yeah, don't go for the unhooked survivor who is taking a hit during EGC to get his DS active
