What Killer perks do you consider as problematic (too strong or (and) annoying) ?
I hate Knock Out bcs I am not swf player.
And probably Pop Goes The Weasel, it completely trivializes the time I spend for the most boring action in the game. And its frustrating with matchmaking - purple and red rank Survivors I play with don't want repair gens - they crouch, hide, self care in the corner, etc.

none and pop is fine, so shut your very beautiful and good smelling mouth

There are no problematic killer perks. Every killer perk has a hard counter, or a huge downside.
As for Knockout and Pop...for knockout, maps are only so big, look for the person until you're within 16m of their slugged carcass. Or, they could run unbreakable. Boom, hard counter. For Pop, it's countered by generator speed.

Rude.

Rude, uncool and unnecessary.
No perk for killer is really that bad in my opinion, they all have a counter for the most part

srry, but pop is one of my favorite perks and its healthy: Rewards the killer if they down, hook and kick the gen, so its pretty anti slugging

Sorry man, let me fix it

Not a Perk, but the only thing I have an issue with is The Shape's Unlimited Evil Within III and being able to instantly kill someone with just one hit.
No Perk really bothers me. Even the most annoying ones can be countered in some way, shape or form.

Basically my thoughts

If you want to not go against Knock Out you can run Empathy but it seems like a waste only to negate one perk which you likely won’t even see in most matches...

OP perks: no one
Annoying perks(means that they are annoying to go against, not overpowered and they dont need a nerf): pop goed the weasel, NOED, spirit fury, old ruin.
I will do also the survivor one:
OP perks: no one
Annoying perks: iron will, adrenaline, ds

Probably just NOED at this point. No other killer perk changes the game like that one.
I consider thana and dying light annoying if its on freddy with his add ons or legion.

None. Killer perks aren't that annoying to deal with.

NOED, gives too much reward for exactly no effort.
PGTW is not really OP, at least the Killer has to do something for it. And well, if you know he has PGTW, dont touch the Gen he just kicked when he is downing another Survivor.
Insidious needs to be reworked, it is not OP or even strong, but just promotes really unhealthy gameplay. Also I dislike Spirit Fury, because when all Maps will end up like Badham eventually, this perk can really be a problem, because at unsafe Pallets the Survivor needs the Stun, but with Spirit Fury there is not really a Stun (at least when paired with Enduring, what is the case most of the time).

none because i can actually play survivor and know what im doing, at that point you can play survivor perkless and feel just as strong

NOED: Is the braindead brother of Devour Hope. You need exactly zero input to get a game changer. If youre already a good killer its just a free win. Doing bones isnt a counter, cause you probalby have no indicator if all totems are gone or not, and if not youre just running stupidly around a map, not doing anything for your escape.
Insidious: Just promotes camping. Nothing ever good came from this thing.
Infectious Fright: Its just too OP on certain killers with snowball potential.
All other perks are pretty ok in regards of being annoying/OP.

I don’t really think anything is OP, there are just some perks I hate because they mildly annoy me lol. NOED, Nurse’s calling, and BBQ to me, mostly cause I hate one downs and being able to be seen while just tryna live. Also the one that blocks off gens at the beginning of the game. That being said, I have no problem using them myself lol.

Pop can carry killers especially if they camp their best 3/4 gens from the start. I have yet to lose a game as any killer doing this. It becomes a slow, battle of attrition that survivors cannot win.

deceisive strike
borrowed time
dead hard
adrenaline

Thing about that is, the killer had to apply a good strategy for a 3 gen to even work. It doesn't carry them until after that set up that strategy.

None.
I might have opinions on some Perk combinations that i can't think of right now, but any Perk on its own, nah.

I think they are all fine.
