Maybe not give killers the shaft at almost every turn. That's why you're waiting so long because no one wants to play Bully/Gen Rush Simulator 2020.

Its completely unfair 😔 makes people NOT want to play because of the wait time also face camping killers or tunnelers smfh 😒

Dont get me wrong i LOVE playing spirit but my husband plays as survior the most and doesnt like to play lol

Actually there is no "fix" needed. Just a way to make killer more playable. Like enabling mouse and keyboard, in wich case a lot of people would play killer. Since, I at least think so, it's more dinamic.

I've noticed on the PS4, the Survivor wait times can be up to 30 minutes, unless you get on early in the morning. Then, it's almost instant! But, play as a killer, and instant load time as well. However Xbox One, loads the survivor immediately, and the killer is slow asf. It's backwards asl

There is only one way for the developers to make wait times instantly better, and that is to disregard other elements which increase wait time, such as ranks and region. So your choices are wait 30 minutes, or have instant games against players way outside your rank bracket with terrible ping.
Beyond that, there is no quick fix. The only way to improve queue times without making sacrifices elsewhere is to simply have more players. Which, obviously, is much easier said than done.

They cant fix it because there aren't enough killers, because playing killer sucks hard now. Give it a try, you'll get a game in 2 seconds.

My red rank swf group commonly gets rank 13-16 killers. We even got a rank 20 a few days ago, we could believe it.

Playing killer was never truly an enjoyable experience to begin with. Frame rates for killers are so much slower during actions than most survivors, but being as a killer is stuck in only 1st person mode, there's no way to equalize the frame rate for the two. I prefer survivor, but I'm considering giving up on the game completely. The game was launched in Oct. of 2016, the DEC and the developers have had PLENTY of time to fix this.
There's no "equal" treatment. Be a survivor? here's a 30+ minute queue to join a lobby. Be a killer? here's an instant match with terrible disorientating frame rate per action movement. smh.

I know as well as anyone that ranks are messed up right now, but they don't do literally nothing. And ping is still a factor. So I don't really see the point in bringing that up in this topic. Are you guys trying to say that we should forget about ping and rank altogether for the sake of queue times, or are you just finding things to contradict for the sake of it?

Matchmaking over here in australia is garbage (im on ps4 btw). Survivor is full with tons of players and killers not even touched anymore because of ruin. Queue times for survivor are 10-20 minutes long playing solo or with a mate (i don't know about a whole team cause i can never find that many people on anymore lol) and killer is less than a minute. Hopefully the next chapter or test servers we get a update on this situation but for now i'm playing killer for the best toxic message spam in existence 🙃

I gave up trying to survivor on ps4...I played killer mostly but I do have a few level 50 suvivors. My play time has dwindled from before so I spent it mostly on killer. My survivor dropped down to brown rank and the queue time is horrible.

Well my point for one is that it's not a rank issue, it's a killer issue, because there arent any. Survivor queues were already really bad, and then they destroyed ruin. Now it's even worse. And it's going to keep getting worse, because these rank 12-20 killers facing red rank survivors are all going to quit because that sucks for them. Rather than bhvr acknowledging such and throwing killers a bone post haste, the only things I've heard them say are that they're going to 1) make a new magical system that somehow judges skill (that is hidden from players for some reason?) Which to me says they are just hiding the problem, and 2) eventually maybe nerf tool boxes and a couple survivor perks. Meanwhile Rome burns.

There's a lack of killers on ps4 due to continuous nerfs, terrible matchmaking ( green killers always face red ranks) and prominence of swf teams.
The only thing they can do is to boost killers or make killers into bots

I want a bottomless pit near that stupid ######### fence loop.
The option to join swf chat at any time so I can sabotage THEM
Guns for survivors but they do nothing (lol)
And a counter for how many games I need to play to max out the rift.
