This is my last attempt to get help from the devs/support team so i can play survivor again...
I have asked via twitter… No respons
I have asked via the support forums... No respons
I have contacted them and they didnt even read my first message but got my logs and its been 2 weeks without a respons even if i have asked if they have come any further to help me. So its basically a No respons there aswell and i have no were to go and its getting really frustrating now.
I can't play survivor so i can't play with my friends and iam loosing so much time on the tomes since i can't complete the challenges and killer is starting to get boring and its not fun to play killer when you both could have played together.
People are asking why so this is what is happening and yes i did say what was wrong in the description of my ticket.
It crashes every single time in the lobby on the countdown on either 3 or 2. I can sometimes get in to the loading screen but it will always crash 25% in.

And you can't play survivor, why?

So WHY exactly can't you play survivor? Head over to the bug reports section of the form and fill it out in as much detail as possible, including platform, logs, your exact issue, and how it's reproduced.

You might get a response if you detail what's wrong. Why can't you play survivor?

Try playing in windowed mode and turn off auto-adjust resolution.

Again, fill out a report in the Bug Reports section of the forum (if you need a link let me know). That's where the devs look for these.

I have tried everything. Even uninstalling :/ The funny part is that i can still player killer fine like i said

Try a steam "family sharing" account and see what happens.
Just throwing out ideas in case you missed one.

Have not done that but dosnt that mean that i have to make another steam account ? I dont know how it really works and it wouldnt be my account right ?

It's an additional steam account that has access to your games. Only you have access to the account so yes it's your account. If you try the family account and it let's you play, that means the bug is surrounding your original account specifically. That would be very helpful to know in narrowing down what's wrong.

Tried to delete the game and reinstall. Maybe that will help
