Why not square hitboxes?

The pill hitboxes you've show in the dev stream are covering quite a bit and you can't really blame only latency when you get a questionable hit, so why not using square hitboxes and tight it up a bit?

1 it'd actually add a lot more to the hitbox, not take it off. Draw a circle in a square to get an easy visualization.

2 it's not really standard, even if it is less triangles.

you can see how much the hitbox is quite expanding beyond poor Dwight's back.

They didn't want Survivors to be able to stack on top of each other, they said in the stream.

With square hitbox, it's easy to stack, like cardboard boxes. With Pill hitbox, it's like stacking bouncy balls.

Don't think that's their only reason, but it is one of them. (If there is another reason, I kind of forgot :/ )

They say it's so survivors can't stack on stop of each other but honestly this is an incredibly lame excuse because how often would survivors actually do this? It's not like there are many spots where they could hide like a totem pole in a corner. Plus crows are a thing. It's just their cop out.
