Can you only grab survivors off of vaults if they’re injured?

I read it in the in game manual but it’s pretty old so I’m checking to see if that’s still true.

You can but with dedicated servers good luck

Yes but it's not very consistent. Im having Issues with grabbing people of gens as well.
