Might be a bug but I'm not sure
My survivor rank got reset from 9 to 14. I don't know if this is normal because last time it was only reset back 3 ranks. Please tell me if this is normal and thank you.

It's a bug that's going around for a lot of people. Rank 9 should have you at 13. They're working on fixing it for next month but as for this month goes, it's basically using the old system for some reason.

It's actually on the announcements above in a yellow box, i'll give a summary of the description below if you can't find it.
"We are aware and looking into the issue which caused players to have their rank reset further than intended. If your rank was not reset at all this month, this is a visual bug and closing and re-opening the game should fix it."
I doubt it'll happen again since almost everyone was affected by this bug, so I wouldn't worry about it if you're.
