this link tells you the basics of Rasputin, but this Rasputin is from another dimension were he lead poor people into dark Allie ways to try and have them sign a deal with the devil. if they agree they sign their name and walk the streets with evils influencing their every move. if they disagree then he would take out his dagger and stab them. then he would write their name in blood for them which causes their soul to belong to the devil. eventually they tried to kill him since the people were afraid after someone said they saw him leading someone else away never to be seen again. with this information and the recent disappearances of the Russian people it was enough to convict him of murder but with one problem. they were to scared to confront him. instead they tried poisoning him shooting him and throwing him into the freezing river to kill him. which was a mistake since when they threw him into the river he disappear and two bodies randomly appear near the end of the river they threw him into. and since they didn't want the public to be in constant fear of a possible return of Rasputin they took one of the random bodies they found and disguised it as him. then finally pronounced him as dead when the truth was that Rasputin really went into a forest that was known for it's own cases of disappearances in which case allowed the entity to snatch him up.

killer basics:he is a tall man with a big beard the color of black and he has deep scars, cuts, and bullet holes riddled though out his body and a block of ice on his left foot from the river. and his weapon is his favorite dagger called the devils tongue also when Rasputin get into a chase with a survivor he stiffs up and his eyes glow red (like oni) and that color can change depending on if you buy a reskin in the store then his eyes can turn what ever color it is you bought

killer power: his power is called rageful revenge after hitting at least 3 survivors or the same survivor 3 time your power is primed and ready for activation when his power activated Rasputin goes into a rage were nothing seems to stop him or bother him and all he desires his the death of his enemy with his power activated it lasts 30 seconds and he moves 5% faster and can walk through downed pallets destroying is and doesn't get stunned but rather when under a pallet the pallet be dropped instead the survivor is unable to throw the pallet down forcing the survivor to run away instead this has a maximum range of 3 meters away form Rasputin this passive power is called pure fear

killer perks: his perks are called hex: unholy healer, crushing defeat, devils deals his first perk called hex: unholy healer is both a hex and token perk that has a simple mechanic in which survivors heal 33% faster but when they complete a heal they give you a token when you get that token their are two ways to use it one way is to hit a survivor and they will get the broken and oblivious status effect for 40/50/60 seconds or you can wait for max stacks which is 4 and insta down a survivor with your basic attack the next perk is called crushing defeat Rasputin is use to winning so winning now isn't a surprise for every gen not completed you have a 3%/ 3.5%/ 4% bonus in action speeds to a max of 20% which works for vaulting, breaking, hooking, and picking up but when gens get done you lose 4% of your speed so if their is 5 gens you have 20% if their are 3 gens you have 12% and if all gens are done you have 0% his last perk is called devil deals it is an obsession perk. when ever you obsession is doing an altruistic action you can see their aura until they stop and they are exposed for 10/20/30 seconds this perk has a cool down of 60 seconds

killer mori: Rasputin picks up the survivor from the floor stabs his blade in their gut and twists the blade a few time really quickly then throws the survivor away pulls up a piece of paper and writes their name in blood

map basics: the map is a dream that Rasputin had before they even tried to assassinate him were he fell into the water but the water moved away and froze allowing him to travel in a hidden catacombs under the water and allows him to get back up to the surface to the bridge with gens in both the tunnels and around the bridge
