Game crashes cause u to get matchmaking time out, pretty good job, how can u not determine a game crash that is just ridiculous

If you happen to have technical know-how that the devs don't, and you know of a way for the servers to tell the difference between the game crashing and someone manually ending the process, I'm sure they would be glad to hear about it.

There is literally an error code with the crash, how can it not see that and tell the difference, come on be real they are millionares huge dev team ffs

This is exactly why the full-time implementation of time-outs should have been held off on until they were able to establish reasons and apply fixes or workarounds for game crashes that would incorrectly trigger them. Thought that was why they were tested and then held in limbo forever and a day. There's really no excuse for it.

I don't know - not being learned in server operations myself, I wouldn't presume to know whether or not something like that is possible. Generally, if you don't know how something works yourself, it's a good idea to assume that those who do, know what they're talking about.
Again, if you do happen to know how these things work, and know a solution that would actually be useful for them to implement, I'm quite confident that the devs would love to hear about it.

Trusted Members are not paid by BHVR and aren't forced to defend their decisions. Here's an example of me being upset at the developers, notice how I'm being constructive with my feedback:

I applaud you for showing how trusted members still have opinions, but I have no idea who you are or why you are posting in this guys thread, if you have something like this to tell me, maybe DM next time. I also think we should keep this OT, nice pic though and glad the devs are your heroes, I like how you made it so big for people to see.
OP, I agree with you, I think they devs are also doing a ######### job with how they are handling DCs, and anyone thinking the devs can't simply implement a system to detect when someone hits the leave match vs their game just dcing them out of the match is mental. You literally get to keep the BPs you earned in the match, the game says the killer dc'd but you get hit with the DC penalty.
