It's either a Werewolf (30%) or a prisoner who swings his metal ball around over his head (65%) a 5% chance it's something completely unrelated to the prison/chain theme teased.

Yeah? The new map is named "Saloon" in the code, the Killer's in-game name is "The Gunslinger", and based on yesterday's Survivor leak (The last couple of lines of her lore) she stumbles into the same place that this outlaw was held.
