Doc changes on PTB
Just wanted to get everyone's thoughts on these. From what I've read, more of Doc's addons are going to work on survivors who are in T1 madness, as well as Doc's range addons getting a sweet buff.

Restraint and other afflictions work in tier 1?
Shock range add-ons lost their charge penalty?
I'm on ######### Cloud 9 right now. Still wish we had the Exhaustion add-on but it's not that big of deal right now.

Gotta say, I’ve really hated the Doc rework so far, but these changes look really nice.
Hopefully they’ll stick around.

Thats what I was thinkin. I immediately checked restraint, and didnt even hope to dream that theyd do to the range addons that they did. I never really used the exhaustion addons before so I aint losing any sleep there.

Exhaustion add-ons are unhealthy for the game. Having a RNG chance of whether or not they're useful if Survivors bring one is bad.

Seems like they streamlined him, which is good since he was confusing af to anyone who isn't a Doc main.

You can say the same thing about alot of things. Just because something counters something else, doesnt mean its a bad thing.

Are you sure the effects will work on madness tier 1? Didn't look like that to me.
But i am really happy about these changes to his addons. I'm just not sure if his base kit needed those reverse skill checks, since they will only affect survivors of lower rank.

Keep in mind, this is only in the PTB atm

If they go live I'll be pretty happy

Now the doc rework really feels like on freddy's level. Nice

ugh, they gave us back the god awful scrapped tape with its original effect, and they increased its rarity... On the plus side, counter clockwise skillchecks are base kit now, but still... ######### scrapped tape!

The Exhaustion effect was an extra effect for the old Obedience. Even if nobody has an Exhaustion perk (which is highly unlikely), you would still get some use out of the add-on.
We also get tier 1 afflictions and no charge penalty on shock range add-ons! The positives definitely outweigh the negatives here.
