@Peanits or another mod will have to confirm, but probably. OoO is Laurie's perk, and she also has Sole Survivor- the latter hides her aura at certain distances when other survivors are dead. If those two are supposed to work together, then OTR should too.

That is a pretty good combo. I don't know if I would want to give up half my build for it... but it's pretty good.

Umm... It sounds completely over powered. Is there a counter other than hard tunneling for killers? This combo gives great advantage for 160 sec to OoO survivor with no risk.

It's only 80 seconds. It also shouldn't affect you much anyway unless you deliberately try to find and tunnel the OoO user. The unhooked gets some time to avoid the killer and to get healed.

It's a weak combo anyway.
The times that would make Off the Record better than Iron Will are extremely slim and situational.

Itll also make you immune to bbq, I'm all ears, and a ton of killer addons for a minute and a half..that's ages in dbd

Yes, if the killer hooked the survivor. Don't know about you, but OoO isn't really strong aslong it is not used in a SWF Group. And in that case the new perk won't change anything.
And how many killers use aura reading perks beside BBQ? So again, much drama about nothing. Calm down and wait how it really plays after the ptb.

I never said it's weak. But overpowered? Nah. You could get the same effect by equipping OoO, Iron Will and just looking at a different direction the moment you see the killer staring at your way.
