Dear devs once again, what's up. I give up. This game is as broken as ever

You guys probably won't care about this which is a shame with a game that i used to enjoy. I heard, read and watched the changes you guys made in match to the dc policy. But tonight i got disconnected 2 times all of a sudden and lost all my Rank progress (4 pips in two matches) which it wouldn't mind but when you have a full time job all time kinda of matters. And both times i got camped and after got tunneled. And it just feels like why am I the one being punished? I am not even a toxic player at all. I play something like 5 times a month. I am really sorry what this came to be. I bought this game first on PlayStation November last year, 2018, bc of a well known Youtuber, and also had to get the PlayStation Plus monthly cost to play the game. And last month bought the Switch and the game (plus!) the online feature again. I won't renew either. I am tired. Unless something drastic happens, i won't spend my money on this game. And to the devs, you should listen to the players and to the fans because to tell people to play something else it's just gonna send this broken game more Into it's eventual grave if nothing changes. Stop listening to these kids. We are the ones buying the game
