How do you submit a question for the Dev Q&A?
My question, if someone wants to ask for the Q&A that would be cool.
Can bloodpoints be something that is shared across all platforms so that if you were to switch then you wouldn't be completely starting over? Cross progression as a whole has been talked about but could cross progressional bloodpoints be a quick fix for now?

There is no Q&A at the moment, usually when a Q&A is active it'll be posted in the notifications above where you see such things as the 3.6.0 PTB for example.
Also, this notification is above whenever you enter this sub-forum "Please note: Although we may stop by occasionally, this is not a developer Q&A."
So, this isn't the place to really ask things like that if you're looking for a quick answer, since the devs might stop by to answer but they might not. Right now there isn't a solid answer that anyone from the community can give on this question at this time, since we barely know any information about the possibility of cross-play with console at this time.
Also a side-note
Usually when a Q&A is active, it focuses on that chapter specifically or whatever it's about. Unless the Q&A is an open one, than it's unknown if they'll answer that specific question unfortunately.
I wouldn't worry about it right now.

Thank you, that was a very concise answer and suggestion. I really want to play on PC buy I also have a job so catching up on all of the time I have spent on Xbox would be roughhhh.

Understandable, that's how a lot of console players feel as well when trying to move to PC, it's hard starting over when you don't have much time to do it.
But we'll have to wait and see how it goes, because again, we know very little on the subject at the moment.
