DC PENALTIES ARE USELESS
Yep, peoples still DC, me included, because DC penalties are useless and #########, what is really the point?
I just got farmed and tunneled into hook 3x in a row, on the last, i had to DS the killer and he still came after me anyway, because its obvious that if someone wants you out of the game by tunneling or whatever, they'll go after you anyway.
So what exactly is the point? inhibit peoples from being free from stupid ass games? dc penalties are the dumbest thing that a game which forces peoples to tryhard their asses off, specially as killer, can be implemented.

The point? Because for most (non-toxic) players it ruins the game for everyone when you DC. Survivors most certainly lose, killer probably won't pip. It becomes pointless. So, DC penalties exist to prevent people (like you) who frequently leave from ruining the game for others.

1h ago I was winning a game and got dc'd, the game couldn't tell if it was a dc on purpose or internet and I've got the penalty.
Also, did you know that peoples suicide on hook? and did you read the reason I dc'd? or you just assumed that I DC every game? ^^
DC penalty or NOT, peoples will still leave from bad matches, DC penalty is just an extra step on quitting a match or a penalty for the game that is full of bugs.
Also, if you missed the point of the topic, i'll explain:
"DC penalties are 'USELESS'"
Which means, regardless if it is there or not, peoples will still find a way out from bad games.
Let me reiterate: DC penalty or no dc penalty, bad games are still bad, peoples will still find a way out from them.
It also hurts when the game just goes haywire and peoples get dc'd for no reason whatsoever.
I am a killer main, I hated when peoples DC'd because they don't wanna be tunneled or their teammates are bad, but peoples still find a way out.

Actually no, I've been in games where ppl DC and we still win. It depends on how stealthy the person is and how good at coordinating with others. And if one is good at giving the killer a run around or distractions. It's easier for a killer to rack up points compared to survivors.

There's no point when you can just die on hook 5 seconds into the match and avoid the penalty anyway. The DC penalty does nothing but punish killers when they are in a toxic game and don't want too deal with the survivors.
