Do you have perks that you never want to use?
Decisive strike is mine, it feels like a cheap perk to run

I don't like running noed, I think it's cheap.

Outplay for Distance, i hate it when they use it on me, so i don't use it. Although i hate DSing a killer when they don't deserve it, i hate being tunneled and that's why i always have it equipped.

Since the bloodwebs are random, yes, I have lots of perks I had to choose but didn't really want, so I could keep searching for the ones I did want. Perks I don't use, but show often are No Mither and Sprint Burst.

I try to get Tier 3 perks (except Discordance) on every one of my killers.
So... Yes. Every perk other than the ones I usually run.

I don't like gen stalling perks myself. I like faster paced games where I do a ton of damage quickly. 5-8 minute 3 and 4ks are my sweet spot. Being aggressive as a killer is a lot more engaging to me instead of neglecting a chase to use PGTW or sacrificing an instadown perk for Corrupt

- All "Exhaustion" Perks, such as Sprint Burst.
- All "After Generators" Perks, such as No One Left Behind.
- All "Early Only" Perks, such as Corrupt Intervention.
- All "Obsession" Perks, such as Object of Obsession.
- All "Hex" Perks, such as Hex: The Third Seal. (Hex: Devour Hope & Hex: Haunted Ground excluded.)

If I had SWF too play with then I would drop DS and Adrenalin in a heart beat, but cuz I'm solo I can't rely on my team 80% of the time.
Killer it's NOED. I get why people run it because the gen rush is pretty much unstoppable besides camping/tunneling, but I enjoy when I get gen rushed and I'm still able too 4k without NOED.

NOED. Though I will use it if I am a low-level Killer with no other good perks. I'm not gonna gimp myself because the game gave me Monstrous Shrine, Distressing, and Thrill of the Hunt.

I too refuse to run DS. I feel if I need it to escape then I shouldn't have escaped. If I have to depend on it I feel I'm not improving as a survivor.
As killer I feel the same about NOED. Id rather get kills before all the gens are complete.

I don't want to have to use ds but if no one has it, the killer will take advantage and make it a 3v1 as quickly as he can.

I don't run it as it doesn't feel fun to use, if the killer earned to kill me then they killed me fair and square
And it practically makes you invincible during endgame

This is kind of a funny thread to me. The thread title is "Do you have perks you never want to use?" My answer would be yes. Lots. In fact the vast majority of perks I don't want to use. There are many, many perks that are horribly designed and not worth using imho. But that doesn't seem to be what the discussion is about at all. It seems like the actual thread title should be "what perks do you think are overpowered and refuse to use?".

I hate using OoO and Mindbreaker.

First off stop feeling superior because of your choice. Second it is almost vital to even get to play the game in solo Q with all the farmers and killers that like to tunnel straight off the hook.

As killer I wont run the following perks
- Ruin: I loathed old ruin so I never even made it unteachable, I would actually use new ruin, however it is on none of my killers because I didn't make it teachable
- Pop: It would need to be dropped from 25% to 15% before I would choose to use it
- The following perks I don't have anything against, just never personally run them (at least what I can remember) Dying Light, Thanta and Sloppy.
- Stridor: It's kinda a useless perk on anyone other than spirit, and I think if you run it on Spirit, your a try hard.
- Territorial Imperative: I can't even remember what this perk does, just that it's a huntress perk I am pretty sure does nothing.
- Blood Echo: I would actually run this if it didn't apply the Exhaustion Status effect. I don't like killer perks or addons that apply the Exhaustion status effect to survivors
As you can see, I don't like slow down perks, about the few I do like are Surge and Corrupt. They slow the game, but aren't so strong that I feel carried by them.
As Survivor I wont run the following perks
- Decisive Strike: I have tried running this perk, the problem is, I seem to only get tunneled when I am not running it, and rarely when I do run it. So its kinda pointless in my opinion.
- Object of Obsession: Because I hate it as a killer
- We're Gonna Live Forever: honestly if this did more than just allow you to get 4 stacks for more BP, I would run it, but as is, not really worth a spot. This could be because as a killer main, I don't need to worry about BP when playing survivor.
- Vigil: Legit have zero idea what this perk does, I actually didn't know it was a perk until right now when I looked at survivor perks.
- Diversion: Because it's not called Pebble and I refuse to run it until @not_Queen gets it renamed to Pebble
- Poised: Once again, a survivor perk I have no idea what it does.
- Just all of Ash's Perks. Flip-Flop really needs to be a 1 to 1 or at least 2/3 instead of half to actually be useful. Buckle Up, I play SWF, I just ask them. Mom, I think you need to run self care or something like that to make any actual use out of it. Also, its hard to judge 10 meters at times and it sucks to take a hit and not get a stack.
- Fixated: I hate being able to see my own scratch marks, it is so confusing to me.
- All of Steve's Perks: I just have no idea what they do, so I am assuming they are bad.

Noed and no mither.

I main Steve, but I don't use any of his perks. Although I like the idea of Babysitter and Second Wind, they really require the killer to not be /right there/ when the unhooking happens, and I'm low ranks, so usually the hooks are being proxy-camped, which just counters the effects of the perks (Killer can see the unhooked so Babysitter doesn't change anything, and I'll get hit before Second Wind can activate - unsafe unhook practice, but still, I'll take the protection hit). And I just don't really understand Comraderie tbh.

Dead hard.
Never used it until I had to for the rift challenge.

Pwf just feels awful
You give up multiple free hits so you can move faster.
Basically, you make your first chase way too long so your next chase could possibly be shorter. Not fun.

I solo queue just fine, I survive and I die.
I also don't feel surperior because of my choice, I hate the perk because its poorly designed

There are several perks I would never use outside of getting the adept: buckle up, lucky break, autodidact, no mither, premonition, this is not happening, object of obsession, boil over,babysitter...and so many more.
On the killer side: make your choice, noed, bamboozle, rancor, cruel limits, mindbreaker, territorial imperative...just a few more. I feel like most of the killer perks are way more useful than most of the survivor's. It is no wonder you have meta perks. If you had a perk powerful/useful enough to take the place of current meta perks it would be too strong.

Object of Obsession
i know how utterly annoying that perk is for killers.
in general im trying to not be toxic - and that perk literally screams toxicity.
