What did survivors get nerfed?
All these posts saying entitled survivors want to nerf everything. Can you tell me all the big nerfs that came from "entitled survivors". killers got pallets,gens,infinites and mannyyy more things nerfed. So what did survivors get nerfed?

Nurse extincted because of an overnerf. Spirit extincted because of an overnerf and various soundbugs. Oni was unplayable for a month. Just some examples.

Pallets needed to be nerfed for real balance. Pallet vacuum and double pallets literally had no mind games, literally no counter play unless the survivor was a complete potato. Plus, if one pallet can waste 30 seconds of time for a killer, imagine two, and that's just counting one loop.
Gens also needed to be nerfed, no regression to gens also had no counter play. People could 99 gens and at that point, the killer has to rely on the survivors dropping the ball in order to gain momentum.
Infinites needed to be nerfed. Literally being unable to catch someone even with bloodlust was just way too broken. No mind games to infinites, just don't mess it up and the killer literally cannot get to you.
As the comments above have mentioned, Nurse, Spirit, and Legion and Oni got nerfed to the point where people rarely play them now. Perhaps the most disheartening of them is Oni. I love how the Devs can support survivors being able to 360 yet apparently Oni isn't even allowed to do a simple 180 flick. Not biased at all. The one good thing Oni had that didn't require survivors being potatoes and it gets reduced to 90 degrees. And this isn't recent nor is it something that directly nerfed killers but it was huge blob of buffs to survivors, it was called 1.9.2. No timing required on flashlight or pallet saves, insta blinds, increased size of pallet hitbox, Nurse being able to get stunned by pallets mid blink, etc. The sad thing was, the Devs actually considered all of that to be balance, and they still do. They only removed all of that because the killers started leaving and queue times reached an all time high, and understandably so. I wouldn't be surprised if the Devs pulled another 1.9.2. Actually, I'm expecting it with the way things have been going.
Recently, besides the aforementioned nerfs, Freddy's slowdown add-ons got nerfed (even though they didn't add much time to gens, even with the Forever Freddy build), Ruin got gutted, ultimately reducing it to nothing more than the bane of green ranks who can't dedicate to gens. And now they said they plan on removing Dying Light and Thana synergy because they "want to reduce slow down perks synergizing". Who can we thank to all of this besides the Devs?

OMG I remember that patch. That was the patch that caused me to lose hope for this game. The idea that it was the devs who thought it was a good idea is just mind boggeling. After that it proved to me they don't play their own game.
As for the OPs question. Survivors are 4/5s their customers. The only time they give killer a bone is when they start to leave. They only buff killer when no one is playing and the survivors can;t find a match. Remember all the BS that used to happen in this game?
Infinites, pallet vacuums, double pallets, insta flashlight+medkits, recharging exhaustion perks while running, old MoM, old BNPs, DS used to be available to anyone so long as you were obsession or managed to struggle to 40%, several killers have been over nerfed. Survivor's are the majority so the devs cater to them because it's more money. Several killers get nerfed shortly after they release. Freddy being the prime example. He was garbage at release. Survivors jumped the gun and said he was OP, killers who actually used him said he was weak. Guess who the devs listened too? Killers on the other hand need to cry for 2 years to get DS reworked and it's still OP. A staple survivor perk gets reworked and it is still powerful. Ruin gets reworked and it's useless at stopping gens now. The only exception is old MoM. Though the fact they even made that perk proves they don't play killer. It was obvious when they leaked Ash's perks that was going to be OP when combined with BT, DS and adren. Even after the outrage they took their sweet time reworking it bu that could have been a waiting tactic so more survivors would buy Ash.

I would say the constant complaining about Spirit got her nerfed pretty quickly. People were right to complain and that was a very reasonable nerf though.
Complaints about the Forever Freddy build also got those addons nerfed pretty quickly but once again, that was a very reasonable nerf.
People will probably also say ruin, but the majority of survivors didn't complain about ruin.

Am I the only one who wasn't affected by Oni? His latest change seems to overcorrect the hit. But his main perk was always the blood tracking. And if I find someone on a gen while enraged, they're running away every time.
I got my all 4 in the basement challenge done with him lol.

Nurse didnt die, she just got extremely boring to play as
Spirit was far from an overnerf, it was barely a nerf
I didnt get to play Oni on PC so I cant really say anything about the flick, but he was pretty OK on console.

Nurse got overnerfed for learning nurse players. I can hit my blinks, so i'm only affected by the various bugs.
Spirits addons got a MASSIVE nerf. That was good. Her basekit nerfs were not needed. (no collision and window vaulting animation)
Oni on PC was horrible. It was a ~40° flick before the buff.

I was a good nurse but I wasn't a god nurse. Now with the cd, while I feel it isn't that bad, I feel it. Without add ons it takes me longer to patrol the map. It is very unforgiving if you miss a blink. The survivors can run in a straight line and you need to blink, recharge blink just to catch up to them. As nurse now it feels like I'm either crushing the survivors or I am getting crushed. There is very few moments where I feel it's not one sided.

Nurse was overnerfed for the satisfaction of survivors, so they could get breathing room. Even the communities most popular Nurse main said that she's boring and unfun to play because of the blink cooldowns.
Spirit was overnerfed as well. Her collision needed to go but her vault animation didn't because giving her a vault animation defeated part of the purpose of her power. PT. 2 of her overnerf is that the survivor biased devs waited so long to fix her sounds and when they finally fixed it, they think we wouldn't have noticed the shadow nerf to her phasing sound while in TR.
Keep in mind that survivors still want these killers nerfed because they can't mindlessly loop these killers

I dont think adding a vault animation is an overnerf, spirit is still unloopable

Because she's not designed to be looped. Just keep moving. It takes being the monster to understand the monster.
I use to say the same thing about Nurse until I learned and mastered her, which I than learned her main weakness. Mind games!

Omg you cant rely on collision or beads anymore?! Or was it the ruin nerf? Never used any of those and 4kd with her every game!
4k hr spirit main here. Dont take any player seriously that says spirit is balanced fairly or was nerfed! Lol @ the killer mains who think they are not bias.
