Ideas for changes to keys and moris

I’m pretty sure that most people can agree that the most overpowered things for survivors are keys and for killers it’s mori’s. People have been asking for changes to both of these for awhile, and I think I have a pretty good solution.

Starting with the mori’s

Pink Mori- After hooking all survivors once, you can kill one survivor with your hands. Only one per game.

Green mori- after hooking a single survivor twice, you can kill that survivor with your hands. Only once per game.

Yellow mori- stays the same (you can mori the last survivor)

And then for keys it’s a little more complicated. From now on there will be an iron door in the back of the basement with a big padlock on it. If it is unlocked, it will open into a small room with 4 or 5 chests inside. These chests will remain invisible to plunderers instinct until the door is open, and there are no offerings that can affect the number of chest spawns in the room.

Skeleton (pink) key- there is a 100% chance of unlocking the door in the basement.

Purple key- there is a 66% chance of unlocking the door in the basement.

Broken (green) key- there is a 33% chance of unlocking the door in the basement.

I think your suggestions for keys are actually pretty interesting. Would they still open the hatch or just the iron door? I agree with the mori nerfs though.

I think the only nerf keys really need is that only the person with the key can escape through the hatch. That way, if a swf wants to do a hatch game they couldn't bring flashlights or toolboxes.

It is interesting. But unless you doing a chest looting build that room will be useless most of the time. (unless ofc blesses you with Purple Flashlight etc etc.)
