Basically perk stays the same, but after 30/32/34s perk heals you one health state regardless of what happened to you after you were unhooked. (You still need to heal someone)

Scenarios:

  1. Killer hooks and goes away you get unhooked after 30s you get healed to full.
  2. Killer hooks and you get unhooked but killer came back, hit you and left you on the ground. If you are able to pick yourself up before 30s you get healed to full, otherwise second wind works like unbreakable.
  3. Killer hooks and you get unhooked but killer came back, hit you and hooked you again. If you get unhooked again before timer runs out you get healed.
  4. Killer hooks and you get unhooked but killer came back, hit you and hooked you again. If someone unhooks you, but killer manages to down you and leaves you: If you are able to pick yourself up before before timer runs out you get healed to full, otherwise second wind works like unbreakable.
