Is the reason why we can't change those to actual procentages or actual numbers (as in you heal 2s faster than before.) because it would show how insignificant some of the definitions for those 4 words are?

    Even better, the variables are different between add ons that effect the same thing. Take the Spark Plug and Knife Marks for Bubba. Spark Plug slightly decreases the charge time, Knife Marks slightly increases it, so if you ran both it should cancel out, but you wind up with slower charging because the Marks slightly is still a higher number.
