Can I ask for refund? And if I can - where I can?

I bought 3 Tiers of the Rift - I wanted to buy 2 Tiers... :c

  Unfortunately, I don't believe in-game purchases, like Rift tiers, are refundable. If it's any comfort, 100 auric cells really isn't very much at all - at least you only lost a dollar.
