At which time the patch goes live normally? Any clue?
I mean, sure, if i go to sleep now and wake up again it will be live already but is there any "Time" at when Patches goes Live normally ?

If you're talking about the next chapter, it's been delayed to the 10th.

Unfortunately, the DLC has been delayed to next week. As for what time they usually drop, around 11:00 AM EST. So be ready on March 10th at 11:00 AM EST.

Just to be clear, the 10th is not an officially confirmed date. The devs haven't actually announced a precise date or time for the release, so while the 10th at 11AM does seem most likely at this stage, it's only a probability, not a certainty.
