just notice the part where you waere asking me for her power. It could be something form her flame powers like every 40 sec she set a window or palet on fire survivor who use that window or palet will get hurt and have broken status effect for 60 sec
edit the flames on palets or windowas last for 15-20 sec

Second choice would be Charles Lee Ray from Chuckie. I'll settle for Tiffany as well but I think I'd be cool to have another trap killer and they can use their dolls to injury survivors and give away their location. Or like have the dolls chase behind them for a short distance when trigglered.
Maybe they can treat them like Legion. Call them The Doll and take it from there.

I think BHVR did plan on getting The Creeper. They dropped a big hint one stream referencing the "23 days" line. Then I think they dropped the idea when the creator of The Creeper was discovered to be a pedophile.
