A simple, yet fun QoL change for Nurse

You guys know one of the nurses addon Spasmodic Breath? Well I suggest that becomes Basekit. Why?

Because then it will allow nurse for more perk synergies, plus there will be a legitimate reward for actually landing a blink, (giving nurse 115%) and of course, there will be counterplay to it, and that is literally looping the killer.

However the duration of the 115% is reduced just a slight bit because its basekit and not an addon, and specific addons can be reworked to give the nurse additonal duration for her 115% movement speed.

In this way, killers will find her fun, but so will survivors (but hey, thats subjective eh?).

    I get the idea, but what makes nurse so good is that she ends chases so quickly BECAUSE she can blink and catch up almost instantly

    Raise the speed bonus, or make it so she can still blink after landing a hit, or you'll see people tank the first hit just to make it so she turns into a powerless M1 killer.
