About new killer's problems

Have you heard of Friday the 13th: The Game? Yah...that has waaaaaay more sexual objectification than this game so idk why as soon as the devs add a killer that is revealing yet very cool, it pisses you all off when f13 has almost every character with sexual objectification. Don't give that excuse that "Ohhhh it's just f13, that's how it is in the movies so it is just true to the movies" Well dbd is true to it's lore and that's what she was wearing at the time.

Her lore is disturbing BECAUSE it is so realistic. Horror pulls from the realm of possibility to make a person fear what could happen. Several killers had demented backstories like the descriptive Clown bio where he cuts off limbs from animals and also takes pleasure in torturing his victims. No one says anything about that? Also, women are murdered by their father's EVERYWHERE. Stop acting like it is only in Asia because it is not.

Your post also restates every single point other people had on this forum so you literally just read someone's post, got angry, made your own account just to post this garbage that everyone else is saying. This is Dead by Daylight rated M for mature, not Awake by Dawn rated E for everyone. I literally didn't even think about the sexual objectification until all of you people started slandering the new killer because of it. It's annoying because a lot of people were more focused on her perks and gameplay while you are focused on assaulting the killer because it is not politically correct. Ik i sound toxic rn but it is because i am annoyed by these people not giving any valuable feedback on the patch based on balance but on a killer's looks. I happen to have tons of female players telling me how amazing the new killer is and ik everyone is using that point as back-up but literally only a select few of you all on the forums are getting pissy about it.

The simple fact is, if you do not like this character, you do not have to play her. If you don't like the idea of her appearing in your survivor matches....well I'm sad to say this is where your problem hits a brick wall, because it is YOUR problem and you cannot dictate to millions of players who/how/what they should play, you just can't, and that is a fact you need to understand before anybody takes you seriously.

You didn't come to this post with compromise and a willingness to understand anybodies view, you came here with a demand, the equivalent of stomping your food and declaring 'do it now'

I'm not going to argue about how women are presented in video games, it seems to be a circular argument with you, plus I'm a 36 year old woman and I can only grin wearily when the subject comes up before grinning and remembering the days of the 'naked lara cheat, and hot coffee

The current player climate is weighed heavily against you, and that is what will win out at the end of the day, because its not an issue that has any affect on the gameplay itself (unless someone is truly distracted by the jiggle mid skill check!) nor is it an issue that even has an effect on the majority of female players from what i have seen so far, and I've read a lot of these threads.

I can't say your particular beef is ever going to be popular around here, but if you want actual constructive conversation here, don't walk in here with demands, and do not presume to speak for other woman.

I didn't even notice breast bouncing until people like OP mentioned it. Even then it is very hard to tell. I think that you just need to stop looking for sex appeal in everything and play the game like everyone else.

Out of curiosity how many games have you quit playing because of issues like this?

Also....i could be 36 and still dancing on tables naked while throwing jelly and custard if i wanted to, age has nothing to do with being conservative. It does however allow me to look at the spirit and simply shrug instead of throwing my toys out of the pram because she does not fit my ideals.

I'm a woman I have no doubt about it but looking at your "logic" I see there's no point in convincing you. I don't know if Hag's breasts are bouncing. As I said I haven't noticed. Maybe because when I play I'm focusing on surviving or killing not on checking if my character is a victim of that so called "sexual objectification". I don't want to assume but for me it just seems that you just have complexes about that body part...or appearance generally. And yes, small breasts bounce too. Believe it or not. If you're indeed a woman you should know that...

Read Hag's background. She was prisoned, starved and injured. How do you expect her to look after that? The only reason I can think of that Hag's breasts are not bouncing is because there's no fat at all. It's just skin and bones. Spirit wasn't starved, she was just attacked by her father when she came home. But both of them almost died. As I said before they're both like living corpses no matter if they look human or not. Why should corpse care about their clothes? Or rather their remains? If someone has necrophilia then it's their problem not yours. Changing her design won't help in solving this problem though.

Meg Thomas is an energetic Athlete, able to outrun most Killers. Her main focus is running but she's an athlete. An athlete (also sportsman or sportswoman) is a person who competes in one or more sports that involve physical strength, speed or endurance. If she's a runner only like you say then why there's a tennis outfit for her in store? Swimming is a sport too so I see nothing wrong with giving her a swimsuit.

They're not creating a problem. You're creating a problem and make other people laugh. Games are created for people to have fun, relax, not to discuss or present political views, morality, world problems etc.
