Here's my part 2 of the make it better thread series! Hopefully you agree with me and if you don't, I'm gonna camp you... JK! Seriously, if you don't, civil feedback is always appreciated!
Opened Handed:
Strengthens the potential of you and your team's aura reading abilities. Increases Aura reading ranges by 15/20/25%. Receive a notification when your aura is revealed to the killer.
This perk wasn't always the best out there but it did it's job. However it felt rather underwhelming to use since you never felt the range increase. Now since it's a %, auras with big ranges will be tremendously affected by this and auras with short ranges will be slightly affected. This keeps perks that aren't supposed to have a huge range from being too big which can lead to the survivor having too much information.
Overwhelming Presence:
Unlocks potential in one's aura reading ability. Survivors within your terror radius suffer from inefficiency and fear. Affected Survivors' item consumption rates are increased by 50/75/100 % and survivors' recovery from status effects are decreased by 15/20/25%. Auras of survivors using items in your terror radius will have their auras revealed to you.
This perk was the killer's version of the old Déjà vu! It never was useful unless you see a quad Jake sabo squad... Now this perk can really punish survivors for using items within the killer's terror radius and can cause survivors to suffer more from status effects! This may not be a strong perk with my rework but holy only it's way better than before!

I really like this thing you are doing, I'm surprised that more people aren't into it. You should put this in Balance Feedback, though.
