Would a Killer with no speciall abillity make sense?
What if there was a killer with no special abillity but maybe some higher speed or even more than 4 perk slots?

That would be pretty boring IMO. At most, I'd see it as a perk that strips away a Killer's power in exchange for some buffs.

A killer whose special ability disabled all survivor perks while leaving him only with M1 attacks would be interesting.

No, that just sounds lame, survivors could still bring loot boxes, medkits and loop the killer to hell and the only thing he can do is disable their perks. Doesnt sound useful or fun.l

He could have faster movement and break speed and more perk slots if it would be too weak. Well i dont know.

Well, maybe that would make him more viable, but fun? Eh, I dont know, maybe if you give him a power on top of it, or if your power consists on disabling survivor perks trough certain mechanic as a secondary ability it would be fine.

Idk if it would be usefull but maybe the killer could see what perks the other survivors have if he stare at them.

In a game with a wide cast of characters with special abilities, I definitely think a "basic" killer, even with higher stats, would just be boring in the long run. There's nothing interesting about the character - you don't really need to learn how to best utilize that particular killer. People spend thousands of hours mastering Huntress, for example. There's not that same kind of drive to play a killer without an ability. It'd also be fairly uninteresting to play against, since it'd all just come down to "where is the killer", rather than playing around their ability.
