Can we never again have hatch challenges?
They not only promote people to do gens over saves but the fact that I myself have been LEFT TO DIE on first hook so that the survivors can open the hatch early really annoys me to no ends. And I even have seen it as killer, they let their teammates die just to open the hatch. This challenge alone is so frustrating

Better yet can we just remove the hatch? If you're team couldn't finish the five gens guess what, no cheap escapes for you, up on the hook you go.
The fact that as killer my choices with two survivors left is slug or accept a likely 3k is beyond idiotic.

2k is a balanced game in my opinion, if every killer gets 4k every game whats the point of the game then? we should just start the game with the 4 survivors in dying state lol

Hatch doesnt just spawn without people fixing gens, you either fix the 5 if all survivors are alive, or 4 if 3 survivors left or 3 if 2 survivors left
in all cases you made plenty of points by then, you dont win the world cup when you kill all 4 players and you definitely dont have hatch escapes every game

So you should get a free win mechanic for only completing a portion of your objective? No. I really don't see that is how it should work.
2 of my team died, therefore I escape for free even though i'm bad at the game and couldn't complete my objective.

Also waiting till there is only 4 gen's left on the map is not hard (get someone killed if you have to). Then find the hatch location, which takes no time when you remember where they spawn, and boom. Open the hatch and go free - ez pz.
Literally the hatch was put into the game because survivors were taking the game hostage by hiding. That's right they responded to survivors taking the game hostage by giving them a free win mechanic.

You make points from hitting, chasing, hoking, sacrificing and using your killer ability
I make point by unhooking, fixing gens, chase, cleansing totems, taking protection hits and healing others
Everyone makes points, you dont win by killing all 4 and I dont lose by dying
you could still die and pip +1 and you could have no kills and pip also
There is no winners or losers :)

I hate keys so was disgusted having to take one in to escape. Found myself wanting to hide all match to get the challenge over with.

Yeah pretty easy to say that when you pip even though you died, but it's ok cause you held M1 long enough.
Survivor emblems reward participation, which is why they think killer emblems reward the same, they don't.

bro, I play both and let me tell you, when I play so badly as killer I still make more points than survivors
killers are point machine, my worst games will still have good points while its very rare to see 31k as survivor, you would see it a lot more as a killer, so I dont know whats your experience with the game, but your argument is not supported unless you are really bad killer or always meet supermen during your games

How many times does someone have to explain that to you? Oh right plenty because you clearly don't play killer at any high level. Everyone knows killers get more points, it's because we lose our addons and offerings every match regardless of outcome, and we have a perk that is not only a double BP boost but also serves as a decent locator perk, YOU'RE NOT SAYING ANYTHING PEOPLE DON'T ALREADY KNOW.
What people have been trying to explain to you, for what feels like the umpteenth time now you simpleton, is getting a load of points does not and has not ever guaranteed a pip. Meanwhile survivors can pip relatively easily just doing gens, and even if they fail in chases, and as long as the chases were of sufficient length they will qualify overall, they don't need to escape to pip. Meanwhile killers, particularly in red ranks, have to get 13-15 emblem points to get one pip. What's that? Two gens popped cause of BNP? Tough, enjoy your silver gatekeeper. Some douchebag survivor decided to try and yeet off the hook and died after one hook? Tough, enjoy your silver devout because you don't get those other two hooks now.
I get it, you're a casual player, but stop spouting off about stuff you don't understand.
