It is against the rules to "Name Shame"
Its so people don't go around starting witch hunts
"This guy was super toxic, if you see him tunnel the **** out of him!" And so on
Though if it's nothing bad I don't believe it's bannable, but I may be wrong

I think so too that its okay unless you clearly naming and shaming.
