Does the Lobby after the match closes after a certain amount of time (like 3 minutes)
Like in the titel asked. Does the Server after the game, where the chat is closes after a fixed time automatically or only if the killer leaves?

If you're on any platform other than Xbox (that is, if you're on dedicated servers) then it doesn't have anything to do with the killer being present. Beyond that, though, we don't know for sure, as it's never been officially confirmed to my knowledge.
It definitely appears to close after all other players have left, and my personal hypothesis based on past experience is that it also closes after a certain amount of time if two or more people stick around. This is likely to prevent unnecessary strain on the servers, so that the match doesn't continue to take up a server slot if two or more players go AFK at the end of the match without disconnecting back to the menu.

As said above, that's unknown.
For PC it could last until everyone leaves that lobby, the Killer leaves the lobby, or a set amount of time closes the chat. We don't know if inactivity causes the chat to close, since mid-conversations were closed before, and we don't know if there's a set time in-general for when the chat/match closes.
Xbox and PS4 don't have post-chats, so it doesn't entirely matter if they close or not since the match should still be open for review until you manually leave by yourself. So because of this, i'm only referencing the PC version.
We do know that if the Killer or every Survivor leaves the post-game window, than the chat will close. We don't know when the chat closes automatically or if there's a specific scenario that causes it to close, that has yet to be confirmed by BHVR and or the Devs.

ok.. i wrote with several different supporters and.........
I got different answers reaching from "lobby closes if the killer leaving" to "lobby stays open until only 1 Player is connected to the chat" thanks for nothing i guess.
I'll test it myself now. Adding killers and testing it with them until then cya.

It's basically a mystery, but those two answers we and they gave are basically as far as it's gone so far... if it even has more to it than that.

Well i also got an answer that the lobby after Match closes after exactly 3 minutes no matter what.. so the supporter ppl got less informations than we have.. what a shame

Than idk what to tell you, you'll have to experiment with it to really find the answer you seek, otherwise you're at an impasse.
